✈oh, where to start? madison isn't any fashionista, nor is she a trend-setter. but what she is, is a friend at it's greatest. not even a friend- a peer, an acquaintance. if you fall, she'll be there-- as much as she can. with her "you go, girl!" attitude and sometimes shyness, she's a great person to have on your side of the war, so to say. she can be skippy and naïve, playful and curious, and even pointed and rude, but all in all she tries to stay under control. and that's where her shift comes into play; a thoughtful border collie that can't help but round everyone around her up into a

circle of an amazing relationship. it'd be false to claim that she's a downer, especially if you get to know her. i mean, it's not that complicated. a simple, "how do you do?" would suffice, in her case. any greeting, as a matter of fact. try it! girls can be really kind, yeah, but it's nothing compared to a dog! squish it, hug it, play tug-of-war or simply give it a stroke from head to toe and it'll be yours. in the meaning of a relationship, friendliness, of course. you can't keep madison unless you've earned it, you know. and, honestly, it takes a lot to earn that. but i didn't say it wasn't possible! anything's possible in this fantastic, oblivious, crazed world, especially with glorious, uplifting, keen shapeshifters involved in the mix.

airy watched silently as basil readied her medium vanilla iced coffee, thinking he was probably sick of the four word, twenty three letter order that she'd asked for him twice, though the second time without words. the girl dug out some cash once more and slid around jaime, approaching the counter just in front of the bobcat. handing him the payment and six dollar tip, airyanna murmured, "please just tell me already that i look like i climbed out of a dumpster." her words were bluntly spoken and she scowled down at her ruined shirt, before glancing back up at the boy with a renewed smile and gleam in her eyes as she reached over to take her new cup of iced coffee. yum. the other cup was still resting in her left hand, and she tried not to make it look too weird that she wasn't throwing it away. she wasn't good at remembering phone numbers, mind you. "sorry to budge your customer. i was really looking forward to that iced coffee and accidentally... well, had an accident. bumped into that, uhm..." airy leaned over the counter a little, so that their noses were just inches away, like before. throwing a thumb over her shoulder and nodding backwards, she tried to show him the boy she had knocked into- a shifter, it seemed, just like everyone else in this coffeehouse. they all had watches, exact replicas. that was evidence enough that they all were similar in some very specific way. "..shifter. i might be going over and offering to buy him a new sweatshirt soon." although there were no humans around, she didn't feel right saying the word out in public. even though it rolled smoothly off her tongue and all, humans didn't say it loud and proud either. letting out a little breathy laugh, she retreated her head back a few inches.

the faint trill of birds chirping their wondrous little songs came with the sunlight, muffled through the window just above athena's head. ahh, a glorious saturday morning after a just-as-glorious friday night filled with fun. as the girl stretched out her sleepy arms above her head, she released a soft groan, a smile tugging at the corners of her lips. soon, her mom would be screaming at her from downstairs to wake up, get dressed... get your day going! but as she snuggled back under the covers of the bed and remained there for more than a half hour, she became suspicious of her current situation. had she gone home last night? and on second thought, her bedroom's window wasn't above her head. normally the sunlight slanted across her face, but now, it turned the insides of her eyelids a bright red as her eyes remained shut. either something wasn't right, or someone came in and moved her window. or her bed. adding more because it looks weird. kthx. goodbye.
