[color=DEB887]Appearance:[/color] Nikita is an average height teen aged boy with a lean, muscular build. He is an acrobat, and his slender form shows it. He is fair skinned with dark hair and hazel green eyes. Nikita's usual fashion of choice is loose fitting pants and graphic t-shirts. His family doesn't have a whole lot of money, so he can't be too picky.

[color=DEB887]Backstory:[/color] Nikita's family immigrated to France from Russian when Nikita was 10, hoping to have a better, safer life there. His parents were both well known circus performers who did high ropes, trapeze, and acrobatics for a traveling circus troop. Once moving to France, they started their own troop. They traveled around the country, earning quite the name for themselves and their circus.

However, as Nikita aged, the need to settle became more and more obvious. He desperately wanted to go to normal school and have friends that weren't circus performers. Finally, his parents decided to plant their circus in Paris as a permanent attraction, and Nikita was signed up for his first year of real school. Having only been home schooled before, he's in for a bit of a culture shock.

Nikita received his Kwami and Miraculous over the summer, soon after his parents settled into Paris. It didn't take him long to get the hang of superhero-ing. Keeping the squirrel in the bag, however, has proved a greater challenge.

[color=DEB887]Personality:[/color] He is energetic, plucky, and optimistic. Nikita finds it hard to sit still during class, and is a bit overly excitable. This being his first year of real school, he's a toxic mixture of nervous and excited. The only time he ever seems to truly focus on one thing is when he is performing on the high ropes at his family's circus. And now, whenever he's running around is a squirrel suit.

[color=DEB887]Appearance:[/color] Rocket Squirrel's suit is a light brown and white, colored much like the animal it's meant to represent. It comes with a pair of goggles, clawed gloved, a hood with squirrel ears, wings attached under the arms and to a harness, and of course a bushy tail.

[color=DEB887]Miraculous:[/color] A bracelet with an squirrel paw charm. He always wears it around his left wrist.

[color=DEB887]Passive:[/color] His suit has wings that allow him to glide on wind currents. He can't truly fly, but if he starts from a high place, or if he takes a good running jump, he can become airborne.

He can climb almost any surface, except for glass, smooth marble, and anything too polished.

[color=DEB887]Weapon:[/color] A grappling hook with a closing claw on the end. Can be shot at rooftops to climb up, at villains to grab them by their arm/legs, grab items, ect.

[color=DEB887]Appearance:[/color] Puxx appears as a small flying squirrel with a large head and fluffy tail. He is light brown and has long, white whiskers.

[color=DEB887]Personality:[/color] Puxx is much lazier and more laid back than Nikita. The tiny squirrel sprite spends most of his time sleeping in his keeper's pocket.

Name: Kurt Mangrove

Sexuality: Straight, but questionably so.

Personality: Kurt is surprisingly tame. Having mostly raised himself, he is probably the most responsible out of his friend group. Kurt isn't very outgoing or friendly. He tends to stick with the people he knows and won't venture out of his friend group unless pushed to. He's pretty secretive, never talking about himself or his family. His quiet nature, mixed with his grim attire and tall stature, tends to make people nervous.

He was mostly sorted in with the punks because of his wardrobe, which he really had no control over, and his history. He was raised by 80's punk rockers, so he's pretty comfortable around them anyway.

Appearance: Most of Kurt's clothes were hand-me-downs from his dad.
He wears a lot of dark colors, red, bright purple, and skeleton themed clothes, most of which are too big for him. His dad had a lot of money back in the day, so most of the clothes Kurt wears are name brand and very expensive. This leads people to believe that Kurt has money, which is false.

Body-wise, Kurt is very tall and skinny. He stands at 6'2", and still waiting on one last growth spurt. He is very lanky, and could probably use a little more protein in his diet. His knobby joints tend to stick out, and his face is sort of gaunt. He is very pale skinned, giving him an overall half-dead appearance. This, mixed with his messy, dark curls, almost automatically puts him into the 'punk' category. He really had no choice. His eyes are dark blue, almost purple looking. Kurt has a faded scar on his either side of his throat, almost as if it was skewered with something.

Other: Kurt is a functional mute. While he can talk, scaring in his throat and vocal cords make it uncomfortable and very rough sounding. This probably has something to due with the scars on his neck, which he never really cares to explain. He's had them for a very long time. He mostly communicates via sign language,
and really only talks out loud when he has to. His voice usually frightens people when they first hear it.

The internal scarring on his throat also makes it difficult for him to swallow solid food. For the most part, Kurt lives on a diet of smoothies, protein shakes, pudding, and custard-like textures. His poor nutritional intake probably attribute to his thin build.

History: Most of his punk friends enjoy rebelling against their parents,
meanwhile, Kurt just wishes he had parents. His dad was a popular punk singer from the eighties. His mother was a groupie . His mother was unfit to raise children, so Kurt's father was saddled with taking care of him. This usually consisted of him being dumped off on stage managers and other groupies. Kurt actually saw very little of his father. He was, instead, raised by punkrockers who really had no business being anywhere near a child.

Kurt's father finally began to lose popularity and began to fade into the background of the music world. He bought a large house and settled down for a while, actually hanging around Kurt for a few years. This didn't last long. He decided to go and re-kindle his career and took off again, leaving Kurt alone at the house. Occasionally, money will appear in an envelope with no return address, but for the most part, Kurt is on his own. He avoids disclosing his family background or home situation to anyone but his closest friends, because he doesn't want to be taken away and put into foster care.

Species: Dark Fairy, the edgy subspecies of the forest fairy

Abilities: Porfirio has the ability of illusion. He can make people see what he wants them to see, whether its there or not. He can use this ability to blend in with humans, to make others think they are somewhere else, or to make it appear as though they are staring at an enemy that's not really there. His power has a wide range of applications, from funny trick to not so nice.

Personality: Dark fairies are known to be quite vicious in comparison to their foresty cousins. They have been known to purposely lead human victims into the woods, usually to watch them get lost and die. That said, Porfirio is fairly tame. He hangs around this group of fairies because his own folk are bit too cruel for his tastes. That said, he can still be rather unpleasant.

Porfirio is stubborn; dead set that he knows best and that everyone else is wrong. Once he gets something in his mind, it's very hard to change it. He personally thinks that humans should stay where they belong: far away from his woods. He's been known to jealously protect the fairys' part of the woods, perhaps even going too far sometimes.

As far as his relationship with most of his peers, he tends to get along with them okay. Firi enjoys picking on them from time to time, using his powers to prank them when he's in a particularly good mood. If he's having an off day, he likes to spend some alone time and sulk.


Appearance: Firi has dark gray-blue skin, a common tone among the dark fairies. His hair is black, and doesn't like to lay flat no matter how often it's brushed. His eyes are a piercing red, and let off a soft glow in the dark. Firi's wings are like a dragonfly's, but much stronger. The stained-glass like sections are a deep blue-purple to light purple.

His is of a slim, slightly muscular build. Porfirio is pretty small by human standards, only reaching 5'7".

When it comes to fashion, Porfirio has a taste for the dramatic. He likes to wear dark colors, and is particular fond of his maroon overcoat. He never wears shoes.

History: Porfirio was born and raised among his dark brethren in the murky swamps of the forest. He lived with them for years, until humans began to encroach in their territory. His people had no problem tormenting and seeking revenge against the humans. Their methods were a bit too extreme for his taste, and he ended up leaving them.

Firi still harbors a deeply instilled distrust of humans. While his cohorts may be curious of their nature, Porfirio just wants them gone.

Personality: Aurelio is reclusive, having terrible social anxiety brought on by being shunned by most of his peers. He can be found sneaking around the castle at night, when the halls are quiet and the sun isn't burning his skin.

Being mute, he naturally isn't much good for conversation. No one can really say what goes on in his head. When left to his own devices, he appears to be brilliant. He excels in all of his classes, and seems to have a gift particularly for the Dark Arts, although he couldn't be considered evil by any stretch of the imagination. He's a compassionate person, which comes as a surprise to most. Those who don't know him well enough just assume he's the next dark wizard that will come out of Slytherin.

Likes: Cold weather, lurking in the library, research

Dislikes: Social interactions, mostly. While he doesn't dislike people, he'd rather watch them from afar than actually get to know them.

Fears: Crowds, having a stake driven through his heart, angry mobs.

History:

An unfortunate start for an unfortunate young man. Aurelio was born to a vampire supremacist father and a brainwashed human mother. His father was one of the leaders of a radical vampire group that sought the enslavement of humans, who they believed to be their inferiors. His mother was a woman foolish enough to think that the cold blooded man loved her.

The group was hunted by aurors for years. It took decades for them to finally slip up and for the Ministry of Magic to finally hunt them down. The battle was bloody and several wizards were mortally wounded. The auror that found and battled Lucas's pregnant mother was a particularly vengeful wizard, who, after seeing the chaos and destruction that these vampires had caused, was disgusted that any witch would even consider loving one.

Aurelio's mother was arrested and jailed at Azkaban, where Aurelio was later born. His father was killed. From the day he was born, he was never welcomed into this world. He was sent to a foster home for young witches and wizards with no family. There, he grew up being teased and tormented by the other children for his bloodlines, deeply rooting a seed of social anxiety and fear of interacting with others. He took to books as an escape. The young wizard, despite not being pure of blood, proved to be brilliant. He practiced small spells and charms before being invited to Hogwarts. By the end of his first year, he was proficient in casting non-verbal spells, something that wizards often take years to learn. He is currently practicing using magic without a wand. He also seemed to have a knack for the dark arts, which only cast more suspicion towards him.

Despite his good grades, Aurelio still struggles in school. He has no friends, and no desire to make any, unfortunate events befall him at every turn, and the parents of several children have voiced their concerns for their kids going to school with a vampire, even if he is only half.

Emotionally, he is calm, collected, and fairly level headed. He can be reasoned with, but don't expect mercy. Firi is determined to a fault, and little will stand between him and his goals.

Appearance: Porfirio is small and impish in appearance. He stands at 5'5", has a lean body build, and, most notably, dark blue skin. His hair, soft and feathery, is jet black. Firi's eyes are a glowing red with yellow instead of white. His left hand is covered in indigo colored scars from an injury he received while in captivity. Firi has a prehensile tail with a blade-like appendage on the end. Firi is covered in a soft, fine layer of velvety blue fuzz, much like his father was.

Abilities: Porfirio Inherited his father's agility, speed, and most importantly, his teleportation and wall crawling abilities. Firi is also naturally camouflaged in dark areas, as his coloration blends him into the shadows. His eyes allow him to see in pitch black darkness, handy for his occupation.

History: Kurt Wagner was never made aware that he had a son. During his time in captivity at one of many weapon X facilities, he had DNA extracted from him for future projects, one of which was Porfirio. Firi was grown in a test tube, not a womb. He was raised by radical scientists with one idea in mind: to make a perfect assassin that they could market. He was never taught empathy, compassion, or kindness, only how to fight to and kill. However, by some miracle, he didn't turn into a complete psychopath.

There was a couple scientists, two women, who grew a soft spot for him. In secret, they taught him things that he was typically not allowed to learn. Most importantly, they showed him the only kindness he's ever known. When it was found out that they were interfering with the project, the two women were forced to punish Firi, betraying his trust, and then were never seen by him again.

He grew angry in his teens. He resented the people who held him captive, and eventually, he made them pay. All it took was a little slip up, and Porfirio escaped his containment cell. Years of pent up rage meant that he couldn't be stopped, and he left a massacre in his wake. The young mutant escaped into the world, aimless, angry, and resentful of every human he encountered.

Eventually, to earn money, he picked up doing the very thing he was raised to do his whole life: assassination. Firi became the notorious gun for hire, Indigo. He mostly targets political figures and drug lords, but is willing to off just about anyone. After all, all humans are evil. He was later approached by the villain of our story with an interesting offer: enough money to retire and drop off the grid with, and a chance to get back at the world.

Abilities: Khi-Rahn's main ability is camouflage. If he sits still for longer than a minute, he begins to take on the color and textual appearance of the objects around him, like a chameleon.

His tail is venomous. It's toxin can partially paralyze a human for about five minutes. The person can still move slightly, but will definitely be slowed down until it wears off.

Khi is very strong for his size. His muscles are far more efficient than those of a human, gifting him with uncanny strength.

History: Khi is from the planet Vari. He was a trained military officer, sent to scout out the planet Earth to determined whether its inhabitants are friendly and worthy of Vari's attention. Since the mission was long, and was supposed to be fairly peaceful, he was allowed to bring along his mate, who was a military official as well.

As they approached Earth, their ship malfunctioned, forcing them to make an emergency landing near a large city. They were met with hostile military forces. Khi-Rahn and his mate surrendered peacefully, and used the Earth dialect that they had studied to ensure that they meant no harm. Although scared, Khi assured his wife that if they showed they were peaceful, the humans would surely show them mercy and they could come to an understanding.

The two were taken to a remote facility to be held captive. Almost immediately, Khi's mate was separated from him. He pleaded with the humans to allow them to stay together, that they meant no harm, and that his wife was frightened, but his words fell on deaf ears.

After several weeks, Khi had yet to be reunited with his mate. He was being treated like a prisoner for no reason, and he was convinced he mate was being equally abused. He decided to stop playing nice and do whatever it took to escape. When the guards eventually slipped up, Khi paralyzed them and fled into the facility to find his mate. He did eventually find her: dissected into pieces and separated into jars. Khi-Rahn lost his mind to rage, and a massacre filled the facility in his wake.

When he left the facility behind, a new hatred boiled in him: he hated humans. They were evil. They all deserved the suffering they brought on each other. With no way home, and no way to contact his people, Khi was aimless. He was angry, lost, and wanted to watch Earth burn.

Ten years ago, the Dark Lord Voldemort was defeated. The wizarding world celebrated wildly in their triumph over evil, but over time, things went back to the norm. Hogwarts was repaired, and school was in session once more. The streets were safe to wander at night. No witch nor wizard had to fear as they laid their heads down to sleep at night.

However, where there is good, there must always be evil. It is inevitable that another dark lord would rise to take the place that Voldemort once held. There have been whispers of a new evil on the rise for a few months now. Growing slowly, gathering followers, and seeking new recruits to build an army twice as strong. This new threat learned from the last, and surely won't make the same mistakes. Will this new darkness threaten wizarding life as we know it?

It's year 2008, and a new school year has begun at Hogwarts. The students will be boarding the train and heading off for new adventures. There's a murmur among them about a new order of dark wizards forming. Fear tinges the hearts of our young pupils. Will history repeat itself?
