cricketpaw was always fairly cautious, but after the rogues took o
ver, she became much more nervous. she pushed herself to do well in
training and was terrified of failure - she saw what happened to thos
e who didn't meet the rogues' demands. even in the aftermath, she c
an't let go of her fears and fully be her cheerful self.

despite being fairly slender underneath her long fur, callie is strong and an excellent climber. she has a ginger tabby pelt with a few white markings. her eyes are a hazel-green color.

[ personality ]

callie is pessimistic and tends to come off abrasively, since she speaks her mind. she likes to be as honest as possible, but she often misses social cues and is a bit too blunt. aside from her faults, she's a loyal friend (if you can put up with her, that is) and never spreads gossip or reveals secrets. always one to stick by her word and keep promises, she follows through with nearly every task she's given, even when she grumbles about it and makes sharp remarks. she's not very motherly or caring - if she likes someone, she gives them tough love. underneath her prickly exterior, she does genuinely care about those who she respects, but she hates showing "soft" emotions and squirms away from any displays of affection towards her, even if she appreciates the sentiment.

[ history ]

born in the city with one sister, she learned how to survive from a very young age. her parents raised her to be tough and street-smart and they rarely showed affection, except for small praises for accomplishing tasks like catching prey. her sister was less suited for city life, and after their parents sent them out to live on their own, she was killed in a fight with other hungry rogues. after this, callie fled the city and found solace in the calmer life of the forest. even outside of the city, she clings to her survival tactics and tough attitude.

long, ash-grey legs build most of thistletail's height.
the lanky tabby tom has a handsome face, with alm
ond-shaped orange eyes often used for seduction. h
e's too flirtatious for his own good, since he loses in

terest so quickly. thistletail doesn't mean any
harm, but when bored he likes to let any vuln
erable she-cat fall for him. once he moves on,
he typically doesn't realize the confusion he c

aused. he, surprisingly, has interests besides fl
irting. quite the sociable tom, his grey pelt can b
e seen around any area of camp- he'll talk to any
one, even grumpy elders. thistletail's one ambitio
n that hasn't shown signs of wavering is his desire
to become leader. being so outgoing and clever, h
e'd be a decent candidate, but he does have a wh
ile to mature before he could even become deputy.
perhaps this goal will make him settle down and f
ocus his priorities.

nfriendly, just a bit awkward. he generally is placid
and doesn't have strong opinions about much.

v. history; chickadee was born outside the colony to pearl and jake, who live
d in an abandoned barn. pearl, her mother, was very sickly and died when chic
kadee was still a kit. jake didn't want to stay in the barn, because of the memo
ries associated with it, so he traveled with his only daughter, until he found the
colony. chickadee has lived there since, and she doesn't remember the barn.

and serious, but is good at keeping others in line.
she can be a bit too serious, but she's fairly responsi
ble and mature - a bit of an old soul.
