Need Signature help!

Hi guys! I left Chicken Smoothie for awhile, and I forgot how to do most of my signature editing and such. I know one of the best websites to use is Imgur, but I'm now looking for a website to slow down the speed of the gif. Any help?

Ezgif is good to use to slow down gif speed
