Hello there!
This is likely an issue with your internet connection and speed. The same thing happens to me at school because of the poor internet speed and the monitoring equipment.
If you are using chrome, this page may help you out. Otherwise, I would say search the internet? It really depends on what operating system and web browser you typically use.
If anyone has any different information or a better explanation, please feel free to share c:^^
