You put [size =1][/size ] around the column, around the left or right line command.

The dragon is too big and it doesn't fit in your signature which is why it is being pushed down. You will need to make the dragon image smaller.
However, I fixed the code for your, hopefully to your liking.

your best bet is making all the text one paragraph and resizing the image to be the same height. i edited the code a bit, but not resize the image
