The only way to fix this is by removing the item itself.

Those are made in image making programs. It's possible to make them in MSPaint using the pencil tool. I use photoshop, but you can use gimp, fire alpaca, sai or any other drawing program to make them

well, we can't really help you without the new code, so could you please post it? i'll try and help. ^^
