you could read the tutorial on how to do so, which is the entire first page of the thead! :> make sure to read the entire thing!

that is a mighty pic gif to be using as an avatar
but if you need it resized, you can resize it yourself
in online image editor or ezgif
if those don't work, there are more links on the front page c;
