the only way to do that is to physically piece together the images and make them one. theres always space between each line, so its not possible to have the separated without there being a space. that said, i dont think you want the images connected, since you probably want some text by karamatsu's head. you could put the text also on the image, but if you dont want to do that the best that can be done is what you have now. i hope that made sense :')

i'm assuming you wanted the amount of space shown in the image?
this was as close as i could get it, and you can adjust the space
between them by changing the number in size tag around the list
tags that are around the images. if you don't want any visible space
in between them, you can change the size to 1 like so:

There is a way to get the code so the image goes down with no space and the text is next to it. However, there is another problem that arises when you do this. The thing that comes up is there is a lot of pace to the left of both images. This is because you need to list twice, one for the both of the images and one for the bottom image so it has a chance to line it up. As you can see, it looks ok but the space to the left kind of deems the idea impractical to use for a signature unless it is on it's own in a column.
