do you mean with filters or something?? or just black and white gifs with just
the one color? as that requires photoshop qwq theres some filters on OIE

if youre using the colorize function in gimp on a gif, you have to apply it individually for each layer. its not really hard, its just really tedious :') if you have any q's about it i can probably answer tho!

Which reminds me. On my next day off, I should create a tutorial on how to make videos into gifs without using GifCam. It will allow over 60 frames per second; VERY SMOOTH GIFS MIND YOU.
