dingbats are fonts, so you can find them on any font website. dafont has a category dedicated to them, as does 1001fonts.

and the picture in between. and if you do split the
picture, then you can have two links.

There is a website called Pixlr that can let you resize your photos with height and width, go see if you can do it yourself.
