T'was a snowy day,
and a penguin decided to visit North America for the amazing snow, because Antarctica was mostly ice. He traveled by himself, riding the airplane... "Oh! What fun it is to fly!" he exclaimed, for penguins don't fly on a daily basis. Once he landed, he waddled to the snowiest park in North America, perhaps in the world, and helped his new friend, the husky, build snowmen. Alas, the pair soon tired out, and so the husky called for more friends. Very soon, there was a dove, a Stellar's jay, a female pigeon, a fox, and the Cheshire Cat, new members of the snowmen-building club, to help create wonderful snow masterpieces. And so the penguin found not only snow, but friendship.
