Goennec Pen #:
2
Name:
Mai'yena
[Mai]
How would you use him/her:
Oh my god Kam, I hate you.
I have another form that I really need to get started on for a tracker dog, and I have a million other things to do for spring break. I have no time to do this, but there's no way I can just pass her over twice. Stop making such adorable little goeys. </3
I almost went for her the last time she was put up, but had to pass her over because I had mid terms to work on and had no motivation what-so-ever to write anything. I immediately regretted it afterward, having thought out her entire personality an history but never writing it down. I had no idea she didn't get adopted, and there's no way I'm going to sit around and not write this time.
Anyways, she would join my other three in their herd, and all of their odd little adventures as a result. She would be included in a lot of stories, and would certainly never be forgotten.
She would also be doodled all over my school papers, and whenever else I get the chance. I draw my goeys and arbexes at school all the time, much to the confusion of my teachers who have no idea what they are.
Define your Goennec:
[ Narcolepsy: a sleep disorder that causes excessive sleepiness and frequent daytime sleep attacks. ]
---
She was tired, almost too weak to stand. She could feel her eyelids drooping, and every once in a while she had to violently shake her head or jam her horns up against the nearest tree just to wake herself up, but she still continued to wander about.
She couldn't go to sleep, not as long as she could help it.
But she could feel the exhaustion setting in, and every once in a while her knees would start to lock up.
Even now, it was almost like a dream.
Little creatures composed of dark shadows formed around her, dancing around her feet and nipped at her heels. Waiting, always waiting for the little goennec to give in so they could invade her nightmares. She couldn't sleep, not now. She was far too afraid of what awaited her. Soon enough she'd collapse, she knew, but until then she'd continue to fight it.
---
[It was a strange world, her dream world, populated by menacing beasts and memories she always tried to suppress. All of her deepest fears and worries all twisted together and lying in wait. It terrified her to think that such horrors could come from the mind of one so gentle.
A word she always tried to avoid, despite how much it seemed to dominate her life.]
