Wow.
This new oekaki is weird to work with.
I've been dying trying to figure out layers, hhhhh. Coloring is going to be the death of me. Well, at least I can finally draw with a tablet.
This is one of my many personas, Faolan. He's a total prick. And an elf. That's pretty much all you need to know about him.

Hmmm, big canvas... Hmmm, rabbit.

This is my favorite dragon, Sparrow Hawk aka Sparrow. She is dark grey all over and has various gold and silver markings, but I'll add them in later. ^-^ She might look deadly, but she can be really friends and is very protective.

No one worry, the bunny will be fine.

Week #1 Challenge!

This is for the Week One Oekaki challenge!<3

This was really fun to do!<3
I really loved that not only did I get to draw and develop some of my skills; I got to develop my fursona who I literally created like half an hour ago!<3

This is Jace, my fursona, and he's a ring tailed lemur!<3
God I luffles him so much!
My art is so bad though! :L


I realized how huge the canvas really is so I had to quickly add some writing in there!<3 Hehe! c:

1st Week Challenge: My Character, Comettail

Here is my main character, Comettail, walking on rocks on water during sunset. (Hm... I really need to either make the backgrounds fit the character drawing style or the character drawing style fit the background...)

Anyways, here's stuff about her: Comettail's personality is friendly, curious, a bit stubborn, and smart. She has two sisters, Creamfur and Grasspelt. Comettail is a tortoiseshell cat with green eyes and a tail with longer fur than the rest of her fur.

I really love the series Warriors, so my cat is a fan-made warrior cat. I really like this character, and even though she is kinda plain compared to some other people's characters, I don't mind that. If I added accessories or unusual colors, then she wouldn't fit her story.

Whew! My hand hurts!

This is Scorpio! He's one of my very first characters and I decided he deserved a revamp. This is what he used to look like, back in 2011:

So consider this a bit of a 'before and after' drawing, too :lol:

I usually hate the oekaki with a burning passion, but with the larger canvas and a better knowledge of it, I kinda like it now!

Now a bit of rambling about his character design:
He used to be a slim, lightning quick kind of character, but I decided to turn him into a more bulky, tanky type character. His body is a little slow, but his tail can still sting lightning-fast. The poison in his barb won't kill you, but it locks up the muscles around the area you're stung. His two smaller pairs of eyes don't have terribly clear vision, and mostly just react to movement and light.

Critique is welcome! The timer is more or less correct, minus maybe 20 minutes. Really wish it wasn't saved so low quality.

Wow. I suck at family trees. Or rather, the textbox has messed it up.

Ciki (F) and Thunder (M) are the parents of Gem (F), Kaven (F) and Lark (M), Gem being the eldest and Lark being the youngest. Gem is quite a bit older than her younger siblings, and Ciki not being the maternal kind, is often left to look after them. Or Kaven anyway, as Kaven was old enough to be responsible for Lark when he was born. By then, Gem was about sixteen/seventeen (pretending she was human). In a few years time, she and Evergreen (M) had a cub, Kira (F).

It probably sounds a bit complicated when I explain it, but eh. I should probably draw the family soon (excluding Evergreen and Kira).
