personality - sneaky and untrusting, his name is quite on the nose - he loves climbing, and since his hands and feet can stick to walls, he's quite good at it! Loves going up to the highest spot in the area to look around, and does daring things like stealing feathers from owls.

history - Climber's been an orphan for as long as he can remember. It's been just him and the world, and though he's been taken care of by several different lizards in his life, he hasn't spoken with any of them in years. He chose his own name, gathered his own supplies, and set out into the world, to survive as best as he could. He's gained a bit of a bad reputation among the local animals, but he really doesn't care - it's him and him alone he looks out for.

Name: Mango

Age: Young Adult (around 20 if she was human)

Pronouns: she/her

Personality: a sweet little bird, Mango always believes there's good in everyone. Even when it gets her in trouble - or hurt. She's adventurous but naïve, and doesn't quite know how to survive on her own, but she'll figure it out soon enough! Maybe.

History: Mango is an only child, her parents being unable to protect an egg long enough to hatch. Cats, weather, rodents. This made them very overprotective of their poor sweet child, and didn't let her do anything on her own. The one time she did, she got into a scuffle with a snake and lost of couple of head feathers. If her parents weren't overprotective enough, they certainly got worse. Now, she's finally convinced her parents she's all grown up. They gave her some clothes, but those are just gonna weigh her down. She promised to carry them at her parents' pleading though. She won't need them, right?

Trivia!:

- she loves housefolk music, and is fascinated with their instruments. She really wants one in her size, but she hasn't found one yet :(

Anatahan is an average-sized lizardfolk with monochromatic scales. Their scale pattern strongly resembles an anerythristic blue-tongued skink, although some pigment is retained in their eyes and mouth.

The dissolution of the self is the highest form of being. While altruistic and giving, not much else can be said for Ani's interpersonal relationships, except that they are highly transactional and calculated. They do not have any individual attachments, which often leaves others feeling like they are a lost cause, however unselfish they may be.

They make their residence in the crawlspace under a human home. The humans who live there are unaware of their presence, as they make a point of never leaving during daylight hours with the exception of sunbathing in well-hidden spots. The children who live there are not allowed in the crawlspace or the adjacent woods, allowing Ani roughly free reign. Their dog is the only real obstacle to living a completely worry-free life, but what's a Chihuahua going to do, anyway?

In spite of needing sunlight, Anatahan prefers dark nights to go out and gorge themself on beetles, among other insects. They would rather not share their best feeding places, for fear of exhausting their numbers. Should any predators approach, Anatahan is adept at using the shadows to their advantage.

KNOWN HISTORY :: She was adopted by her two father's early in her life, they tell her she was lost in the forest, and when asked where her parents went she described a large black cat. Her two adoptive parents watched over her, hoping someone would stop by asking about a missing child but the day never came and Foxglove started calling them her parents. The men didnt mind however, over time they grew close and treated eachother as family, everyone was happy! Foxglove now wants to try living on her own and while her fathers are reluctant, they agree and supported her entirely.

Appearance: A taller than average (3.5 in) Finchfolk with multicolored eyes and robin-like plumage
Personality: A curious and capable young ‘folk, she’s just as skilled at getting herself into trouble as she is getting out of it. Adventurous and foolhardy, Clover feels she’s more than ready to take on the world - even if she may be a bit younger than most. Though inexperienced, she’s excited to learn about the world and to explore who she is.

Known History: Clover left her family of five very recently, setting off a bit earlier than her parents may have liked. Raised by her mother and father alongside her two siblings, she has lived a fairly sheltered life, but always longed for adventure. Her parents were strict on routine, doing their best to instill ideals of migration and peaceful lives into their children, and urging them to the ‘easier’ paths in life that were paved by those that came before them. Clover grew very tired of it all, and one day told her parents she was leaving in the morning. They tried to talk her out of it, but after realizing she wouldn’t listen - and knowing from past experiences that it was impossible to keep her from sneaking out - they begrudgingly decided to support her, giving her a cape and some stern advice before she set off.

Other/Trivia:
- Clover loves to sing, and knows many songs that her family taught her. She hopes to learn songs from other Finchfolk, too! Her mind will be blown when she finds out other types of Housefolk have songs too
- She quietly fancies herself as a bit of a hero type, and wants to be known for helping others
- Hasn’t interacted with much of anybody outside her family, so she’s prone to staring or making odd remarks (i.e. “Your ears are so big!” “Your feathers are so bright!” “Whoa, you have like… spikes by your eyes!”)
- Her favorite color is yellow and she will loudly defend yellow as a very good, pretty color

PERSONALITY :: friendly and outgoing, thimble prides himself on welcoming new housefolk and making sure their experience is more then satisfactory!

KNOWN HISTORY :: he left his parents house on his own terms at a very young age, he loves both of his mothers and still contacts them through the postage but didn't want to worry them about taking care of him as well as his two younger brothers. Since he moved out he has had no problems living on his own and has even decided recently to set up a shop for the public to buy from him. he hopes to use this money to help support his family.

OTHER :: he lives under a worn out trailer in a forest that skirts the outside of a large town. out of the two humans who live there, one is very forgetful, the other is lazy and doesnt care. he can gather materials in peace as long as he doesnt bother the three cats.

Traits: Budgie beak and cere

Appearance: On the larger end of finchfolk, she measures 3 inches long with bright yellows and blues, and a little green, covering her head to toe. Her talons are pink and her wings have more green than the rest of her. Her eyes are green, her beak orange, and her cere light blue.
Personality: She likes to explore and experiment but she also longs for a place to call home that's all her own. She was raised being told all of the dangers of the world, hidden amongst the wonders, and is determined to get over the fears this instilled.

History: She grew up with her mom and dad, hearing about their adventures when they were younger and occasionally one of her many older siblings would come by and add a story or two of their own travels. She'd always been fascinated by her family's stories and couldn't wait for her own, wanderlust setting in at an early age but her parents only allowed her to leave recently, when they deemed her prepared enough.
