Picked out some of my faves:

Jacket was found in the pocket of a twoleg's jacket by Radish.
Smoketail was the medicine-cat of Breezeclan. When his tail was set alight by a twoleg, the patrol he was with fled in fear, leaving him alone (and in great pain) to put his blazing tail out.
Lunis has a nick for keeping track of the moon phases.

I find your spikes lovely. They make you special in your own way. And I guess it does make sense, a ruler who didn't care for her subjects wouldn't be very good.
