cover --> <-- bush begins shaking violently ???: *sweat* "Probably just a Remora, or a Celutti... " Or a midgebear... *gulp* "I should probably just check on it, make sure it isn't hurt. Then I'll keep on going to Soran." ...to change your fate. Dictionary Remora-a squirrel-like creature. Celutti-a docile wildcat with a sheep-like mane around its chest and feathers behind its ears, above its tail, and on all four paws. Midgebear-an incredibly aggressive insect that can and will try to kill you. Luckily it's so small that it'll only be able to chew off a few fingers before it gets full. Soran-a small village to the east of the largest forest in Lak'qliera. |

Devereux's back-story is essentially a giant spoiler that includes the villain ^^' Ronja stayed because she was curious about this aforementioned back-story and because Devereux's lab is pretty freaking awesome for being in basement. It was too good a chance to miss. |

Prologue: Page 2
Page 2 Panel 1: Medic glances over in annoyance. "What?" Panel 2: Target hesitates. "There's, ah, something you need to see." Panel 3: Medic sighs. "Your expression doesn't give an appearance of it being something I'd be thrilled about..." Target looks away nervously, checking back behind himself. Panel 4: "It's not, sir." Target's voice, but the background is the scene he had just left. A demon is emerging from the portal - the first of many to come. Maybe the reason Target looks so nervous is because you intimidate him, Medic... Guess who was too lazy to color? ... I may add some later |
