History- Toto's mother had no skulk and was left by her mate to raise their child alone. Sometime after, while Toto was still a kit, she and her mother were viciously attacked by a pack of wolves, led by a resentful Masuku-wolf hybrid. They stood no chance. Toto lost her mother, and her leg in that fight. Many years later when she was full grown, she tracked down the pack that had ruined her life so early on. She challenged their leader, the hybrid. It was an intense battle, leaving her tattered and scarred, she killed the hybrid leaving the pack angry and confused, knowing she wouldn't be able to fight them all off, she fled, her mother avenged. This experience left her cold hearted and furious at nearly every other creature. The only thing she can't seem to hate are kits, she often watches them play from a hidden spot near the spruce skulk. She has considered joining the spruce skulk, but is not sure how to go about it
Personal Information- Toto is allergic to mushrooms, she stays away from riverbeds. She gets nervous whenever she hears a wolf howl

Personality- She is Hostile, aggressive, doesn't easily trust. However, when she starts trusting you, she can be kind, caring, and sweet.
History- After losing an ear with a fight with another animal, they got trapped in a bear trap. The area they have been going around was known for being a danger zone by humans. Hunters illegally hunt in the area and put the illegal trap that is a bear trap. They were trapped in the bear trap for 3 days, food was rarely available to them and when they were found, they were barely alive. The trap had caused an infection on the leg and cause doctors to amputate it immediately when they were taken to the nearest veterinarian. The person who found them didn't take her to the doctor until they tried taking the mask off but were unsuccessful. At the vet, a few doctors tried removing the mask but were later stopped and dropped from their duties. Toto felt betrayed by humans harming her that she escaped and hid in a secluded area. She mostly had to move around due to hunters hunting her down. Once healed, she began to try and gain dominance of the area. However, in the process of doing so, they lost part of her tail to gain territory from other large animals.

Base coat markers

•Roan: kitr it is dominant so with show even if it's het. This gene affects the body of the horse spreading white hairs throughout the coat. The particular shade varies. Some roans are nealy white from the amiutn of hairs and ithers are almost their base color. The solid spots on a roan are almost always scars. Once damaged the coat regrows as the base color.

•Dapples: this can be cause by a few different genes. The most common are grey and the sooty genes

•Birdcatcher spots: these are little white patches/spots on a horses body. Sometimes they are seasonal, sometimes they stay the entirety of a horses life

•Bends: these are random dark patches on a horse. They can be large or small. Many or few. Usually they are visible from birth.

•Bloody shoulder: this happens on fleabitten grey horses. There is a break in the grey where the base color shows through as a mass spot. Can be large or small.

•Somatic mutation: it's unknown what causes this but it's where a horse has his man base color but somewhere on his body the base changes. It is rimmed in a frosty white lacing and the opposite side is usually a diluted shade of the base. It can also be solid dark patches, random white patches, or white bundling

•Lacing: happens on the dorsal if the horse. It look similar to dapples but more open and lacy. Can be very small or extend down the sides

•Reverse dapples: an unusual dapples affect mostly seen on great but can be on ither bases. It's the same as regular dapples except the white is on the outside/rim and the color/dark is on the inside

•Pangere/pangare: PP/pp/Pp this affects red and agouti bases. It starts at the armpit and flank and extended from there. It turns the hair into a lighter/blonde shade of the base

•Gulastras Plume: GP this gene affect the tail of a horse. It starts at the bottom/tips and extends up to the base. The result is a verigated white and (base color) tail. A lot of splash and dom white horses have this look which is NOT the a true GP a true GP has not white markings on the body

These arenset in stone. I just put then in as a bases as I also needed to do my own research to refine everything.
I know dapples arent a gene and are just a coat pattern if you will. I have them all the list to show what they look like. A lot of greys get dapples but don't have then throughout there life. Kinda like bird catcher spots.

I've never seen bloody shoulder any anything but a fleabitten so that's good to know.
I've also heard that lacing and reverse dapples are the same but I also wasn't 100% on it.
Chestnuts with "lasing" look so much different from say a black horse with reverse dapples. Obviously that just shows how big of a deal phenotypes and genotypes are though.

As for the Plume I added them like the others. Wasn't sure what it was linked to.

I'm not sure if you found this one the recent in the okakie page or followed it from the breed this is for but this cover is a project in doing for a breed. The breed is still in its infancy and I'm not even sure if it will take off yet. Plenty of room to expand and refine the genes here.
