How he deals with intruders on his territory:

Marx is a pretty relaxed dailo, who, as long as he has enough food to eat, doesn't mind when female dailos wander about his territory and do as they please. He's a tad iffy on baby dailos wandering around, and won't hesitate to chase them out when they start to get around half his size. Should food be scares, he'll chase everyone and everything away from what he deems to belong to him- heck he'll even consider catching a young dailo and eating one. He considers them lucky that he hasn't had to actually think of doing so quiet yet, but should the time come... He believes he may have to eventually. In the mean time he's just happy to put any little dailos who get too close to him in their place with a stern his or a mild tail slap.

Rules
1.) Must become a member to participate in adoptions of any kind
2.) Signature must NOT be removed under any circumstances*
3.) Harassment, bullying, belittlement, or taunting is not tolerated*
4.) Editing drawings is NOT allowed*
5.) Standard Users may adopt up to 3 Dogo de Detroits per week
6.) Users must notify me when wanting to trade, gift, or give up a Dogo de Detroit.
7.) Standard Users get 1 custom Dogo de Detroit every 3 months
8.) Deluxe Members are allowed 1 custom Dogo de Detroit every month
9.) Deluxe members may adopt unlimited previously owned Dogo de Detroits and adopt up to 5 a week through competitions
10.) Claiming artwork is yours is not allowed*
11.) Using the artwork as your own is not allowed and is considered art theft*
12.) Banned users will have their dogs taken upon being banned. Banned users in a grace period will still have ownership over the dogs but cannot adopt, breed, or trade dogs. Gifting in this case is allowed.
13.) Banned users who regain abilities to be a member again will not get their dogs back unless they are still available for adoption in the previously owned tab.
14.) Users of any kind may NOT sell their dogs for any other form of currency. Only trades are allowed*

Users get up to 3 strikes before banning.
Users who rejoin after being banned will be permanently banned after a second banning
Users who have been banned after 3 strikes will receive 2 more strikes. Using these 2 strikes results in a permanent ban.
[*]Breaking these rules will result in an immediate ban. These bans are permanent.

(Artists are higher than Deluxe members. o accommodate for their work, they get a total of 3 customs per month, and may adopt as many as they would like each week. However, they are not allowed to adopt their own unless it has been previously owned by another user. An artist that owns a Dogo de Detroit in their own work is seen as a custom. Artists may add items to their Dogo de Detroits)

The Breeding Center
Users may choose their dog's sexuality. However, only male and female dogs can breed.

Rules
1.) Users must wait a week to breed after winning a dog in a competition
2.) Users must wait 3 weeks after breeding a female to breed again
3.) Users must wait 3 days after breeding a male to stud again
4.) Users may stud their males to other users
5.) Users may keep up to 1 puppy per litter. (Litters range from 1-5 pups).
6.) If two users are involved in a breeding, each owner may pick 1 puppy
7.) All remaining puppies will be up for adoption through competitions. Users may enter in these competitions.
8.) Remaining puppies in a litter cannot be gifted or traded.
9.) Standard Members get 3 breedings per month.
10.) Deluxe Members get 5 breedings per month
11.) Artists get unlimited breedings per month. However, they cannot choose to keep them. This is considered to be using a custom
12.) Deluxe members may keep up to 2 puppies
