Hell Dogs

The creature's ears perked up at the sound of footsteps as it awoke in it's darkened quarters, hopping on his hind legs like a bird to the bars on his kennel.
As someone approached, he hissed, flaring his wings and latching himself firmly to the ceiling with his claws.
After a moment, he leaned his upper half down and curled his digits around the bars, peaking out.
Passerby's could just see his eyeless face, bushy brows and jagged teeth.

Traits- Unknown base, presumed canid. Bat structure, extra long hind claws, jagged fangs, bat ears and nose, no eyes, bushy eyebrows

Extra: Scree is a living meme a very nocturnal creature, and tends to eat all the bugs in the house, so it's very clean and free of the annoying insects. Scree tends to use echolocation to always check where his owner is, as he feels a need to know when they return. The ears give him a very good sense of location and can always tell the nearest thing to him. His favorite toy is a small plush owl, and the eyes glow in the dark. Scree eats a lot, which he has a bit of a sweet tooth. Being able to move quickly, he tends to use his wings to soar to make a more silent approach upon his prey.. and sometimes his food bowl.

Extra: Fox is a rather anxious dog, but has an over whelming sense of curiosity. And those don't really mix well. So, whenever Fox is being approached, he tends to hide, but then he wants to see what they are, or what they're doing, and sometimes people confuse it with friendliness. You can imagine how that turns out, but if you can't, then imagine a constant shuffle, and eventually someone bleeding.

Victor is like a giant guard dog. he will stalk and kidnap anyone who comes onto the property uninvited. there were issues with him trying to grab people who were just walking by at first and it took quite a bit of training to get him off of that habit. however as bad as being grabbed by this thing sounds worse than it is hes kind of a lap dog at the same time. he will usually treat you like his pup if he does grab you, licking you and trying to feed you regurgitated fruit. he loves to pick at hair, kind of like how birds preen their feathers.
his diet consists of mixed fruits. he especially loves the fruit with round bits like raspberries or grapes. hes not fond of pomegranate though, or lemon. as they are way to strong for his tastes.

his new home once out of the kennel is a large enclosed yard with hanging toys on the ceiling bars that are normally made for zoo monkeys. he loves to hang upside down in his cage or cling to the large tire swing toy. if you want to get him out of the cage against his will, good luck to you. he will grip on anything he can which usually means unwinding his little bat toes from the cage links over and over again. if he wants attention he will screech in long, loud as heck bat calls, and due to his bat nature, he is normally awake at night begging for attention. he often wakes the neighbors with his crying so his boy adis will go out to him, often times spending the night out there under the threat of screaming as soon as he leaves victor alone. he is always a pretty loud creature. he likes to swing from the cage room by his rear legs or while clinging to his tire swing.
victor doesn't usually get to go in the two legs house, however, hes too big to fit most rooms anyways. he doesn't much mind, he likes spending his time in the giant oak trees in the yard or on his jungle gym.

Aw yeeah, Revamp B)

Since I have been busy lately, and the first adopts actually went a lot better than I expected, I didn't want these to die, so I have revamped the lines so we can start again. I will be doing the same for the nursery soon too!
For now there is only Adult Lines, it started getting confusing with the lines so from now on there will only be Adult and Kid lines. If an adopt is made on adult lines you will be able to choose yourself whether they are adults of teens (unless artist specifies otherwise)

If any staff feel as though they do not want to be part of staff anymore, please let me know so I can update the list ^u^

Also please could a member of CS staff move this to the adoptable oekaki (not created pets) please, thanks!

In the unknown galaxy system of Saggitatus, is a small planet roughly the size of Pluto from the Milky Way system, maybe smaller. This planet is named Purgatory.

Purgatory is first and foremost, a wasteland. The entire planet looks as though it has gone through nuclear war and destroyed itself. The truth is, no one knows why it is that way, it has just always been like this. Scattered pieces of junk and debris can be seen for miles, along with the dusty red earth and what’s left of burnt down shrubs and the occasional shrivelled, black tree. The whole planet looks this way, apart from a few oases, there are not many that cover the planet, and the largest is size of a football stadium. There are maybe 4 of these places at most; the largest is the capital city of the planet and appropriately named Sanctuary. This city is one of the only places to get fresh water and supplies from, it is also largely popular for living, as are other oases.

The only problem is that locals always fight over this land, and Sanctuary finds itself attacked a lot by raiders and bounty hunters. But the city has appointed guards known as Centurions to guard it. Any job imaginable can be found amongst the city, and the entire planet for that matter. All building on the planet have been made from scraps and junk people find floating about the wastes. Some are even lucky enough to find what’s left of actual buildings still standing! And every now and then, a self made genius will turn up and show the locals something new, that’s how they get such privileges such as vehicles and electricity.

The locals are actually a canine species known as The Purgonines. These Purgatorian’s are a highly evolved species made to outlast the wastes and have learned to salvage what they can. They are fox-like creatures, built with long legs for walking long distances and large paws and pads to keep them from injuring their feet on any small shrapnel lying around. They have a long, thin snout and large round ears for better hearing. They have long, flexible, wispy unicorn-like tails with large amounts of fluff on the end to swat and use to protect against dust storms (by which the use the fluff as a face mask if necessary). They have even evolved pose able thumbs to hold things! They all choose different paths in life and are all unique in their own ways. Some choose the life of a righteous Centurion guard who will protect others with their life, but some will go down the path of a raider and become a criminal for the sake of their own.

There are still undiscovered places on the planet of Purgatory, and only time will tell what places can be found…

*When making items for your Purgonine, keep in mind that they live on a wasteland planet and probably wont have perfectly intact items and clothing. I would like to try and stick to the theme if possible.
*Your purgo can be any gender UNLESS the artist has already specified the gender of the purgo, you cannot change this.
*Purgo's cannot have any special powers or abilities unless I have given the artists permission to make a purgonine with powers.
*No god-modding your purgos, for example "so and so is the ruler of so and so" or "so and so is the god/demi god of so and so". All purgos are on the same level and all have the same rights.
*Under no circumstances are you allowed to change your purgonines design.
*You may NOT trade or sell your purgonines
*If you are banned, we have the right to readopt your Purgonines

Edits to your Purgo:
Though it may be a closed species, I wanna be as flexible for you guys as possible. But please remember all edits have to be approved by me before posting them so its easier to keep up with.
This includes artists and mods for the species too.
*Hair edits are aloud, but the hair can go no longer then shoulder length unless the Purgo has been created that way. Hairstyles must also be in reason as well.
*Tail fluff edits are aloud, you can make them longer/shorter within reason (so not ridiculously long or none at all) you can also style them as you do with hair. Same goes for mane fluff.
*They must always have some form of tail with fluff on the end. Though shorter and longer lenths are aloud
*Fur edits I would prefer to be kept to a minimum but you may make actual fur a little longer, make it curly/wavy, add small tufts here and there. This is also aloud for hair/tail fluff edits.
*Loss of limbs, other body parts are aloud WITHIN REASON. You could even replace parts with robotic parts or anything similar, just nothing too grusome please.

I will also try to be flexible with this, but i would prefer to stick to guidelines.
*Baby aged 0 to 5
Guinea Pig-Small Rabbit sized

*Toddler/Child aged 6 to 12

*Teenager aged 13 to 20
Large dog-Large cat sized

*Adult aged 21 and up
Tiger-Bull/Moose sized

Colour types:
Purgonines come in all colours and designs, there are no limits (just nothing neon or eye blinding of course)
Their designs cannot be edited or revamped without permission from me and the artist who made it.

Mating:
Unless under certain circumstances, Purgonine's mate for life and can only get married when they are at adult sized.

Aging.
Aging is pretty simple.
*A Purgo can age up once a month, so a baby purgo is allowed to be aged to teen after a month since it as adopted, and another month to age to an Adult.
*You cannot skip an aging, a baby purgo cannot go from a baby to adult, even if 2 months have passed. it has to be in order.
*You do not have to age your purgo right away, you could even keep it young forever if you wanted to.

Giving away your purgo:
Sometime you cant quite connect with a purgo and feel you have to give it away. Well there are a couple ways this can be done.
You must have permission from the artist or admin to do any of the following:
*You can gift it to someone
*You can put it up for readoption, or ask a artist/admin to set up a comp for you

Born from star dust, fresh volcanic magma, and infused with precious stones, Qirums are a equine-dragon hybrids that essentially look like unicorns with scales. They have long thin tails with hair from the middle of the tail to the very tip, they are sightly prehensile and can pick up small objects and manipulate shrubbery etc. Coming in all heights and a startling array of colours, with scales that glitter in sun and moon light, they are a very peaceful race that poses a remarkable intelligence and some even speak through telepathy...

What are Quetzotalus?:
Quetzolatus are a specialized species of raptor. They are mostly bird-like, though possess some feline qualities. Their heads, for instance, are very similar to cheetahs, and they have a long, flexible tail. Most of their bodies are covered in a plush, silken fur, with feathers sprouting out along their spines, legs, and tail. Their bones are light and hollow, though are relatively strong despite this. Quetzotalus are strong fliers, as well. Their broad wings also act as forelimbs, small dexterous hands attached to them. They use these to crawl along the forest floors, grip to limbs, sometimes climb, and hold onto prey. Their legs are strong, their feet having three toes each. Two of the toes are shorter, with smaller talons for gripping. The third is a large, sharp talon used for delivering devastating kicks. These raptors live mostly in forests and jungles, and generally reach a maximum height of 6 feet at the top of their heads. Some, however, never grow much larger than their juvenile stage. Quetzotalus males and females are virtually indistinguishable. The only difference between the two is the amount of feathers on their heads. Males have an additional crest on their heads. The species as a whole generally has bright, vivid markings and patterns.
