doggo 1 name: Farhan, the collared dog a gift from the gods

what is their relationship?: previous enemies, now begrudging friends

extras: Farhan and Daviant were both pirate ship dogs. They were owned by opposing crew, which blossomed their hatred for each other. However, they were forced to became friends for the sake of survival. They were left at a port and neither of them knew much about surviving on their own. Now they share everything, and keep each other safe on the streets.

Farhan is cuter, though Daviant will not admit it - and tends to garner the attention of the dumb village humans while Daviant sneaks off and nabs things for them to eat and things to use. Daviant is also an incredibly skilled hunting dog and has become the bread winner of the duo. Farhan is far more of a show off - he likes to knick pointless things such as collars and jewelry from people as they are distracted by his beauty. They still fight and butt heads often, like about Farhan continually wearing a collar which attracts the attention of the villagers more. Farhan on other hand despises that Daviant refuses to groom themselves more, and how often they are covered in mud and other filth. Daviant obviously has better things to do then worry about his appearance.

Overall, Farhan is a carefree boy who enjoys the finer things in life - and tricking people into giving him those things. Daviant is more goal oriented and is fully invested in survival versus comfort. The two of them together make an unlikely yet successful team even if it's against their own wishes.

Their previous owners may have had an impact on who they are now. Farhan was owned by the Captain, and absolutely spoiled rotten while being aboard the ship. He ate the finest meats and slept on the finest beds. Daviant was owned by a regular crew member, who struggled to even take care of themselves. His owner gave him scraps whenever he could, though he was often too hungry to spare anything for his companion. Daviant also slept on the wooden floors of the ship, usually right next to his human companion to keep them safe as they slept.

They were abandoned due to a powershift within the crew, a mutiny occurred and the Captain was overthrown and killed. The new Captain was much crueler; he killed off any crew who did not agree with him and threw the dogs off the ship as soon as they hit a port. He saw them as useless - they took up room and ate food that could be given to the crew. Their friendship blossomed here - The new Captain absolutely despised Farhan and tried to attack him. Daviant didn't like Farhan either, but knew he could not stand by and let this happen. He jumped in the way and took the brute of the force before they were thrown onto the port's deck. Farhan had to then nurse Daviant back to health and it was then their relationship shifted.

They may have come from different backgrounds, and have very different outlooks - but they refuse to leave each other behind. It wouldn't be worth surviving if they didn't have eachother.

Why the Goggles: Zorg is a mechanic for his home planet so that travel is made possible. The space shuttles that come and go to the planet can face many complications! He is mainly the one to fix the major problems, which requires him to wear his goggles so that he does not get things like oil and dust in his eyes, and in some cases, bacteria or other weird substances from other planets and objects!

why the goggles: Thon wears their goggles for both the aesthetic of it, and because they're actually helpful. They're an airship pilot, specifically one who tests airships before they go out to the public. This tends to be a bit of a risky job, and they've found that if they don't wear goggles, their eyes are going to get shredded by the air wooshing past and the occasional loose nail. Whoops. At least they also look cool.

at least there's a competition here you both had decent forms, but I'm going to have to go with SkyWishes21, both because Thon is a more Teracon-sounding name and because airships. those are totally canon now
