Purpose
The Bionic will be guarding both Natalia and her works as she explores will keep her practice safe. Most of the materials she works with can potentially be dangerous and, most commonly, very expensive or difficult to get. In Natalia’s case she merely collects and studies the samples to help better the world, but she isn’t well known in her field and thieves looking to steal her work and achievements out of selfishness or jealously are unfortunately not unheard of for her.
Reason
With a sort of “guard dog”, Natalia will not have to spend a lot of money or waste time on background checks with security via cameras, newer guarding technology, or actual living guards. She will also not have to bother with safes, which are basically harder to open loot chests even for herself. It will also allow certain elements to not need to be moved to a different environment than they can exist in in their needed state of matter or other necessity. Having a Bionic will also keep Natalia from danger herself if someone corners her for her work.

Graceful enough to move around a home without knocking anything over. However, as stated above, it has a penchant for anything green. It tends to hoard green things in its designated charging area.
Purpose
The property and home of Magnus Harper, as well as his person when needed. To patrol the perimeter of the property and to alert Magnus and the designated "safe" persons in its directory if any intruders are present.
Reason
Magnus is in ever-present danger as a PoI (Person of Interest) for a shady organization known as "The Group". This organization has a global presence, and history, having been around in its current form for nearly a century now. They have been known to kidnap PoI's if they do not come willingly. Magnus has had to hide among layers upon layers of false trails, destroyed paperwork, and false documents to protect his identity and data to stay free from them. The Bionic will give him a fighting chance to escape if he is alone, or if he's with others who may be seen as "collateral" to The Group, help keep the safety of those persons who may be with him. He is a PoI due to his "unnatural" abilities that are related to ▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇.

Magnus looked down at the expensive machinery at his feet, and let out a heartfelt sigh. At Agrona's insistence for a security system, he had decided to invest in some. However, the security system that lay at his feet was not most security systems. He looked at the manual again, double checked the coding and commands he had put into the input panel, and still the thing wasn't starting. Its power light was on, and wasn't faded at all, so it wasn't that. Maybe he hadn't done the voice commands correctly? He tried the voice commands until he was light headed from the yelling that was now leaving his mouth.

Grumbling, he went to the kitchen to make himself something to eat. He came out with a sandwich, and a glass of iced mint tea. That was when he saw more lights flick on and move in his direction. It was creeping him out. Then suddenly the large robotic canine lunged at him. In his fear he dropped the plate. The robot snapped it up and quickly took off to an unknown section of the house. Shaken, and just wanting the day to be over, he say on his cushions and finished his sandwich. Right when he was taking the last bite the robotic hound came into view.

He tensed up, preparing himself for it to go on the fritz and attack him. Instead, it stopped two feet in front of him, precisely. The lights flicked off, and a strangely smooth robotic voice came out.
"Perimeter clear, no intruders or unwanted surveillance devices detected. Software update recommended to improve surveillance device locating. Please input information to the home internet and connect this device via a cable so the download can commence. Would you like to put off this update and set a reminder?"

He went to shake his head, then remembered it was a voice commanded machine, "Ah, no, I'd like to do the update now... Lemme just go... find that cable..."

"The box this device came in has multiple cords for the usage of this device. The cord you need is the yellow one," the eerily smooth robotic voice said. He went over to the box and found the cable.

Once the update was complete it seemed more... alive. He didn't know what to make of it. Currently it was charging in the sunroom, which it seemed to have "claimed" as its own. He tried to command it several times, before remembering what he was missing... its designation. He'd read that he could change it's designation, or name, if he chose. He found that part of the manual, and then located this particular bionic's designation on the inside of the box. "GoB", huh. He pulled up the naming section of the input panel. The lights flicked on again and looked at him.

"What does the operator wish to designate this device as?" it cocked its head like a real dog, and instead of creeping him out, he felt a bit more relaxed.

He hadn't thought of what to call it, so he stood there for a few seconds while the lights stared fixedly at him. He'd never been good at naming things; naming things lead to attachment, and he couldn't afford to get attached. But he couldn't bring himself to call this more alive than machine robot "GoB"

"I'll uh, call you Gobby," it was uncreative, but it would do. He could remember it, at least.

He swore it was laughing at him as the lights blinked cheerily before it responded with, "New designation confirmed. Designation 'Gobby'. Please type this into the input panel to confirm."

He grumbled, only half meaning it, "Cheeky thing, making me type it when it's a mostly voice commanded machine, PAH! And what happened to my plate..."

All the while the lights flickered with an intelligence more alive than it should have been.

Favorite Past time : Yuxi loves to sit by her Korrigan Pond, and make etchings in the soft soil. It is her own form of art, even though most of the time it's just random scratches in the ground. She thinks herself as very artistic, and even the few trees near her Pond are covered in etches of drawings that only Yuxi understands.
