Birdies are a species of bird-humanoid aliens that live on a planet known as Aeros! They live in groups known as flocks, which each have their own unique culture! Their planet is always cloudy and usually windy - so they have adaptations which have benefitted them as a species, even if now they can simply hide in their homes!

Birdies are a private species which are open to certain discord communities that I am in only [exception being if you get an artist position].

If male Id probably go for Larcus, Ameus or Tulius. If female I might name them Voreana, Tulia or Aedina. Feel free to tell me what you like best :3

Kirin took one cautious step into their winter den. "This is the place?" she said, turning back towards Noctis.
"Yes. It is hidden from any dangers, as well as the cold," he nodded. She trotted inside with Noctis right behind her. She looked around and sniffed the air. "Could use some work..."
"What!?" he shouted.
"Just a little bit. A little clean up here and there but... It's still perfect," she said with a friendly smile.
"You're just teasing me..." Noctis groaned. She burst out laughing. They made themselves comfortable in the den and made small adjustments.

By the time it was evening, Kirin sat at the entrance watching the snow. Noctis came up beside her. "Should we hunt?" he asked.
She turned her face towards him. "It is cold out," she said with a pause,"but I'm up for the challenge."
"Let's be quick then," he suggested. Kirin nodded and the two left to hunt, only to come back home not soon after. After the hunt, they slept side by side where it was warm.

Arucas are canine animals with incredibly enhanced senses. Their senses are enhightened by soft, thick membranes located on both their ears and on their foreheads. It's hypothesized that these membranes absorb sound and light than the ears and eyes of Aruca's normally - thus incredibly enhacing their sight and hearing. Along with these membranes, Arucas have slit eyes, similar to those of snakes. This allows them to hunt at night, and see heat radiating off of things. These adaptions help Aruca's hunt for food, shelter etc. It is said these features were given to them by the God of Creation, from the God of Mind and the Goddess of Hunting. More research into these Aruca stories is currently being undertaken.

Hunting is hypothesized to be a large part of their lives - kits are taught to hunt at a young age. After their first sucessful hunt, they are awarded with a decorative leaf tied to their back leg - this leaf represents the growth the kit has undertaken. These leaves are taken from the Tree of Creation. Arucas wear these leaves for life.

Sierni hates when people chew with their mouth open. She stares at them and slowly puts up her paw to her mouth hoping they will get the hint. Most of the time people wont but Sierni hates confirmation so usually she will stay quiet.
