Prompt response: They walk out of the warm house onto the front porch. the freezing wind blows around them seeping deep into their bones. They put their Pidge costume on for warmth, and immediately feel better. walking down the street everyone stares at their Pidge costume, they feel very self conscious. When they approach the first house for trick-or-treating a nice pwik opens the door and gives them a bloody knife! This is not what you expected at all! They can’t tell if it’s a prank so they do the rational thing run and call the cops after dropping the weapon. That is how they are scared of trick or treating.
