RULES:

-You must fill the form out completely

-You can not use TWG90 templates for pup art, and I would prefer if you did not use mine either. We will not take a lot of points off if you are not so good at drawing, it is mainly to show your dedication and we look mostly for you getting it colored right.

-You must read about the WOI before posting

-You can only adopt one WOI unless you have special permission from TWG90, so if you already own one and apply you will be disqualified.

-No art theft. Automatic disqualification.

-Because there was recently trouble with this, no copying other people's forms and changing bits to make it pass for your own. We want EVERYTHING about your form to be unique, and not copied from another person. If you have permission to do so from a DIFFERENT competition, this might be acceptable. But you must provide a screenshot for proof.

-The end date for this competition is in one week. November 21st. Please have your forms finished by then. Results will be posted soon after.

-Please do not make the stories incredibly long ;___;

Finally finished my design. Timer is exactly correct, though I spent a lot of time testing out colors and such. The marking on her head means brave in Japanese, and sure, green and red clash, but it really stands out and I really liked it. She has thin semi-transparent green stripes on her wings that are really hard to see.
I guess I named her Kibō, but it's probably subject to change. Kibō means hope in Japanese.
