Personality
Adam is probably the most happy-go-lucky Plague Hound you'll ever meet. He's amazingly outgoing and friendly, but will become serious when the situation demands it. He's a bit of a klutz, as well as reckless, charging in where he really shouldn't, but he's also extremely lucky- so many situations that should have resulted badly for him have ended with him emerging without a scratch. He's forgiving to a fault, but there is a point where he just won't take abuse, whether from a mouse that he just can't kill of from an insane patient, and he'll snap.

Poem/Story

This is a poem, a bit of a parody, I'm afraid. I'm a better artist than author.

‘twas the night before Monday, when all through the streets
Not a creature was stirring, not even a sheet.
The doors and the windows were all locked with care,
in hopes that no mice would ever be there.

Everyone sat, afraid in their beds,
While visions of sick friends ran though their heads.
And mamma, with her fly net and I in my cap,
had just settled our fear for a long night’s nap.

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter.
Away to the window I flew with my Glock,
Tore open the shutters and opened the lock.

The moon shown bright on trash piled like snow,
Gave the luster of mid-day to objects below.
When, what in my wildest dreams should show up,
But a Savior and Hawk, both covered in muck.

The Savior was young, both lithe and quite sane,
I knew her in seconds- this must be Arain.
More rapid than eagles her Hawk dashed ahead,
who barked and howled has her he lead.

"Now find them, not kill them, we have to get going!”
As she looked to the sky, the wind started blowing
“There’s mice in this area, Adam, just go!
And won’t you just hurry!" she cried, “it’s starting to snow!”

As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky.
So up to the alleys the two of them flew,
A Hawk and his Savior, with a job to do.

And then, in a twinkling, I heard in the street,
The crunching and tearing of mouse bones and meat.
As I drew in my head, and was turning around,
There came the squeal of a mouse and one final sound.

I ran to the door, and threw open the screen,
the Hawk and the Savior were leaving the scene
A blood stained pouch was slung on her back,
And a single mouse tail stuck out of the pack.

I called out to them, and she turned in a hurry,
the Hawk’s wings were spread, his spine bristling with fury.
His fierce little mouth was drawn up like a bow,
And the shine of his teeth was as white as the snow.

The breath from his mouth in the cold night air,
left a cloud cloaking him like the fur of a bear.
She had a round face, flushed in the cold,
And to my surprise, she wasn’t that old!

She was small and petite, surprise etched on her face,
I could tell that she wanted to get out of this place!
A frown on her mouth, but a smile in her eyes,
She shrugged as she hefted her sack of death in disguise.

She spoke not a word, but went straight back to work,
And sending back off the Hawk, then turned with a jerk.
And giving me a smile, her finger on her lip,
She rubbed her Hawk’s head, who gave her a nip.

He sprang to the street, to the Hound gave a whistle,
And away they both ran like the down of a thistle.
But I heard her exclaim, while they ran out of sight,
"No more mice on this street, we did good work tonight!"

Why you want it: I only just noticed it but I love the simple yet effective colouring! I don't normally like grey adoptables but I think this is absolutely gorgeous!
Personality: Earth Stone is a happy fox who loves playing on the rocks in a grassy meadow. Often laying down in the meadow he gazes up at the clouds in wonder. He does not remember his parents but he isn't that bothered as he has the world to look after him.
