Oh my gosh...it's so cute...and so ME! I thought when I clicked on this it would be nothing special, but I absolutely HAVE to try out for this girl.

Name of Orphan: Lily. I wanted to name her after a flower (like me), and "Lily" seemed to appeal to her nature and clothing--besides which it's beautiful!

History: Lily has always led a sheltered life in a small town in Maine. Both her parents love her, and while she occasionally argues with her little brother (Mark), there's no huge conflict. Her dad is a bit temperamental, and she hates it when he starts to yell. Getting sworn at by her father is one of Lily's least favorite young memories. Lily attends Brockhurst Memorial Middle School, and is in the 7th grade. Her best friend is a boy named Jakob, who has recently revealed that he likes her as something a bit more than a BFF...Lily isn't quite sure how to tackle this latest challenge, but she's resilient! This is one girl who can figure her way through anything.

She was an 8 year old and was used to the streets. She knew she could handle these children at the orphanage. She meditated and all of them calmed down. She sighed happily and walked off into the room she was given. She lay there, absorbing the heat and the comfort from the bed. It was like paradise. This is a hyena and whooping/grey crowned crane mix. The head of this creature is much of the hyena appearance. However the teeth are much smaller than usual so it is capable of simply swallowing fish whole. Along the back of the skull there are multiple vibrant yellow feathers. Both front legs are very small and basically useless. Two wings sprout on the shoulders with a wingspan of nearly six feet. While in flight the hind legs will curl up and hide amoung the belly fur.

He's very unique, and this draws me to him. I absolutely love birds, too, so seeing them mixed with my other favorite species, canines, is a dream come true for me - epecially drawn so beautifully like this, and carefully designed. His short arms are sort of funny, too, xD

personality:
He's shy, and tends to mumble around people he doesn't know very well. He's socially awkward, except around his friends and family. When he's with people that he knows well, Joke changes into a completely different animal. He's outgoing, slightly aggressive, and competitive.

Congratulations, it's a Boy

This little male is the offspring of Ehemberin + Ignis Inceptos. He takes after his father greatly while still keeping the same plumage his mother boasts. This little rune glows softly in the night but night as bright as a nightlight. His soft glow is almost comforting and warm as he snuggles close to those he loves. He is a precious little guy that has a gentle heart and a kind attitude towards other. He is filled with an unending patience and does very well around young children as they learn to take care of their own rune.

She sent me off, away to live with no furs. But these nofurs were mean. They hit me, scratched me, threw me. They didn't want me. So I ran off. I ran and ran until I couldn't run. Of course, that wasn't very hard considering I was a kit. But anyways, I met this girl. A teenager. And so I ran away from her, naturally, but she was persistent. Everyday, she put food out for me, but didn't stay, just did whatever she did in her den. And after awhile, I decided she was safe, so I mewed for her at the entrance. She came out, opening the door and saying 'Welcome.' And then she said several things. 'Shine. Lenny.' but then Violet. I loved the name, so I mewed. And I'm now Violet."
