It just seems to fit his simple elegance.

history •

Furo was born into a happy family, and spoiled as the only child. He has fond memories of his younger days, but set out to wander the world once he reached his 9th year. He has met many other Flent travelling about, and although some are very territorial, others are quite kind, and he loves his life of travel.

personality •

Furo is funny, outgoing, bold, and loves to travel. At times, he overestimates himself, biting off more than he can chew. However, he is often helped by his other traits. His love of travel has sent him all over the world, never truly settling down in one place, and his generally likable personality has enabled him to make many friends.

story •

Furo gulped as he looked back over his shoulder. A large Flent was pursuing him, racing through the trees, hot on his trail. Furo turned back to the path ahead and ran harder. He should never have gone into that Flent's territory...he had just felt so sure he could fend it off, and he really had needed a place to sleep for the night. Night was coming quickly now, its velvety darkness filling the sky. Still Furo ran, until the path suddenly stopped at a huge lake. Without hesitating, Furo jumped in, landing with a splash. He quickly kicked out with his powerful hind legs, sending him into a dive. Then he swam, as quickly as he could, for the other shore. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw the approaching enemy Flent. He swam faster, faster, faster, until finally he felt mud under his paws. He pulled himself out of the lake and stopped for a second on the shore, breathing heavily. Had he lost his pursuer? Then, with a growl, the other Flent pulled itself out of the water. Furo turned tail and ran. He ran towards the forest, and the trees. Once again, the enemy Flent was right behind him. The woods was getting harder and harder to run through; there was densely packed undergrowth everywhere. Furo quickly pushed his claws into a thin tree trunk and pulled himself up, climbing until he was in the thin uppermost branches. The other, larger Flent looked helplessly up at the tiny branches unable to support his weight. He sighed and walked away. Furo smiled to himself, then closed his eyes. He was soon asleep.
