Not sure if you still want entries to include rescue stuff but I wanted to have some fun giving them a history. cx

Fake Rescue

For the first few weeks at the shelter everything seemed to be going fine, all regular trials that rescues go through was showing him to be an astounding canine. However, the final test when being introduced to another dog went in a way that nobody could have expected. Upon sight of this stranger he was extremely curious and eager to make a friend. It was when he got close enough to small her that his whole attitude changed, he yelps and scampers away from her tail tucked as if being chased by a swarm of bees. This perplexed his handlers but they decided to try a different dog one more time to see how he did. This new dog was a fixed male and they both got along great. After a few more of these tests it has been determined that he actually has a phobia of females. The generally excepted theory is that because of his smaller than usual size and previous owner's ignorance on handling the dogs they used to make a quick buck on puppy sales, that this little guy was attempted to be used for breeding at too young of age. Which upon inspection of some of his little scarred nicks around the muzzle, it makes sense that he may have been aggressively put off by a female or perhaps more than one.
So now he can't even stand being in the same room as the ladies and thus needs your help to get some confidence again. With his rare ticking pattern it may be tempting to breed him but it is not recommended that he be used for any kind of breeding purposes, it may be quite some time before he could even so much as interact with a female dog.

I wasn't that familiar with genetics or canine markings/coats so I wasn't planning on entering. However, I spent the entire day crash course learning everything so I decided to give it a try after all. c:

Turns out they aren't that hard to learn it is just a matter of mapping it out for myself. I might still make some mistakes though so feel free to point stuff out or give pointers on anything that is wonky. xD

I would be interested in artist in general but would be fine with helping for events too. ^u^

I figured that heavy brindling is probably one of the most difficult patterns in dogs so I figured its a good first entry~

also because I'm an idiot and it didn't dawn on me that brindles are technically sable I had to edit the genotype from aa to aya but otherwise everything is done!
