How often are you on CS?; A lot. About 3 hours a day, depending on the day.
Are you involved in any other adopts?; Not yet, so that's why I am here!
How many adopts could you create per week?; About 2-4.
Why do you want to be a BWSDA artist?; Because I own a Japanese Spitz (Close to a husky) and dogs are my life. And if I do become an artist here, it'll surely make my life complete

Opinions on the brindling? Too harsh? Too bold? Not defined enough? This is my preferred style of brindle but i'm interested in what the community likes/wants.

This hunk is an Isabella Brindle Piebald with ticking or...

The brindling looks extremely accurate. I prefer this over the solid-style stripes.

I study canine genetics... and this is incorrect. We're going to ignore the incorrect gene notations for now because I assume the person you learned this from taught you wrong, but the color you have is actually as follows...

Black Brindle Extreme Piebald with Heavy Ticking
(Cream base. If the dog did not have kBr it would be a cream sable.)

Which is technically Ay-/B-/D-/spsp/TT using the previous genetics version (Which is what I use, it has simplified alleles and looks cleaner than the current accepted version. What you're using is SEVERAL versions behind but that's sadly normal in the canine genetics world.... three years of study have left me with the understanding that until a final version is released we will always have this issue.)

Here's the difference between the four black bases, illustrated: Black, Liver, Blue, and Isabella brindle on the left, in that order. Notice that an isabella brindle HAS NO BLACK--Isabella is a black base and overrides ALL black in the coat. (Other half of image is the merle equivalents for each color.)

Also, note that the ticking will show both Isabella and Cream. It's hard to tell if you've done this or not.

Overall, fantastic job, just keep in mind that black bases change all black in the coat. (And also the nose, but you had the nose the right color for an Isabella so kudos to you there!)

Thank you for the info. The breed has its own genetics found here which is used to genotype the dogs, any errors on notation are not in my control and can be taken up with the owner of the adopt, Canis, I am simply following what is required of me. My knowledge of genetics isn't extensive but I was taught my biology teacher(EdD in Biology, DSC, Marine biologist) so my knowledge is credited to her.

The extra a on the 'aay' is a typo on my part. The brindling, although difficult to tell is liver not black (isabella is set as the dilution of liver for this adopt, brindle pattern traditionally contains more melanin than the base and the dog is liver eumelanin, liver brindling).

Ticking is both isabella and cream, but it is faint (as intended).

How often are you on CS?; All the time, typically on my phone when I'm at work
Are you involved in any other adopts?; A few, Westrossa Mustangs, Hyrulian Gypsies, Aleutian Island Seal Ponies and Aerecura Fox Adopts :)
How many adopts could you create per week?; Probably three or more depending on my creative productivity.
Why do you want to be a BWSDA artist?; I was an artist for the first lines and have missed making beautiful huskies. Besides the horse adopts this one was one of the other ones that taught me a lot about the genotype for dog coat coloring and patterns.

How often are you on CS?; Every day
Are you involved in any other adopts?; Yes, I'm involved in multiple other species/adopts on CS, including the following; Wild Mountain Equids, Khimaira Freisians, Lothiel Arabs, BWSDA as an artist for the previous version, Crowntail Racers, Tezaris, and my own species; Nile River Equids. I'm not very heavily involved in all of these, but I am an artist for some.
How many adopts could you create per week?; Anywhere from 1-7(ish)
Why do you want to be a BWSDA artist?; I was an artist in the first version of these guys and I really, really enjoyed working with them and the community. I really have gotten to come to love my own BWSDs and this species taught me about genetics, and that's gotten me so far in my career on Chicken Smoothie, and I would really love to continue in this wonderful community. If you're not interested in having me as a full-time artist, I'd love to be a breeding artist.

Why do you want to be a BWSDA artist?; I have always loved BWSDA, being an artist would be a dream come true! This adopts are one of the first adopts i ever found, so it would be cool to be an artist for them!
