So this design was a little experimental... :p
I decided to go with 2 somewhat normal edits for my second entry - a hair edit, and a shine edit.
My previous entry Marsh Kalon was done with no edits - this entry is my second, so I figured edit experimentation would be suitable.
If anyone would like to offer feedback it would be highly appreciated. c:

I tried to stick fairly close to your sketch lines for the main part. I wasn't sure how well I could replicate your style for the eyes and mouth to the right. If you want me to, I am happy to change either eyes to try to match the other. Any shading on the eyes you see is on separate layers than the color, and can be removed. Star lines and their color are on separate layers from the main lines and main color.
