      hes finally finished. All feedback welcomed. I used the pretty ankle bands again but they're really interesting and I like the way they look.

Alright, this one has more colors, which is a plus, but they don't work well together, lacking the harmony and complimentary aspects needed to make a design people want. The colors may have worked better if put in an order/pattern where colors that worked well and emphasized one another were next to one another. We've recently been looking into Color Theory ourselves to try and work out our own color-use. It might help to look into it! Also, our eyes may deceive us, but it looks like you didn't change the eye colors at all. We're not sure...
