Oh that's pretty cool! I would say the one thing that stood out to me right away is that having the white design right next to the white lines on the muzzle were a little confusing to me at first - it was kinda hard to pick out which was with for just a second. I really love the hair - especially the part below the eye line. You did a great job with the curls! I'd like to maybe see just a touch more shading/highlighting/definition on the top part of the hairdo but that's just me. :) I really love the design work on the back and legs especially! :)

I definitely see what you mean by the muzzle part! I'll try to make the coloring less confusing in the future.
As for the hair, I also agree! I've always struggled with hair, particularly with shading/highlighting. It's still a huge wip for me overall, and I'm hoping to improve as I put out more entries c:

This is my second entry :D

I had a lot of fun doing this cat in particular. Not only is it a more detailed version of my old cat, but I feel proud with the stripes. Ah~ love this soooo much. My next entries might be ones based off my friends and how I see them as an animal/cat. (****NOTE: I am trying to be realistic so no colours as bright blue/neon green.)

actually based off a copper whitewing archangel pigeon, but archangels have a crest, which would require editing the lines. ;_;'

but my last pigeon entree!! i'd love to make more though <3

bald may be referring to a breed of fancy pigeon. i'm not entirely sure. but all 'balds' i've seen have had white feathers on their head like that!

and the color is recessive red! :D (perhaps RR spread? not sure...)

so im really want to work side by side with lost sole and I think this is a good way to do it!!
I don't know how well this turned out. . .to much? or not enough. . . I don't know maybe some potters pointers someone?

Honestly, you did some really nice work. The markings are interesting and intricate. There's just one thing that we can think of. The markings are a bit crude. Smoothing them out, or using a softer tool, might help. We tend to use Pen on a slightly less opacity, and running over the markings a few times, along with trimming and cleaning up the markings afterwards. The Watercolor tool is also really handy. Past that, you've got a really nice headstart into this. We'd love to see more color combinations and see how you fare with different palettes to test your sense of color theory. ^u^

It's a bit too blurry now. It's hard to get them just right(took us about a year, and we're still having trouble). Using the blur tool tends to remove the defined features, losing aesthetic, and is only used when transitioning through gradients. We'd suggest something more middle-ground, like the watercolor tool. It helps to leave the marking some bit defined, but more natural-looking.
