Not really based on anything!Just wanted to practice my edits ;v;

I'd really love some feedback on this one,I'm proud of it and I'd love to know what others think!Mainly of the edits,but design feedback is also welcome and appreciated!<3

I love the edits, it looks so soft >w< As for the design, it's cute, but I don't recommend using the pattern brushes. It tends to look kind of messy and unpolished sometimes. You used it nicely here, but try not to do that in your other entries c; Otherwise, I love it! I'd totally try out if this were a real kalon <3

If you want me to be honest,I actually don't like using those brushes very much ;o; but in this case the design looked too....bare? if you get what I mean?And I panicked a bit as to what else to do ^^;

But I am glad you like it!!And that I seemed to use said brush well in this design ;v;

It was just gonna be based on purple flowers...

Then it turned into night/day/flowers/purple based.Either way I like it ;v;

Tip: if you look at a physical animal their tail connects to their back bone don't want this to come out rude or wrong but it looks like the tail is coming from..somewhere else....yeah... in your case and where everything is posed and how fluffy everything is I would suggest bringing the tail up so that the second to last pink stripe on the rear has the line of the tail in the middle ish of the stripe. *sorry if that didn't make logic....I'm sick and tired...*

I actually had it that way but it kept looking wrong and out of place so I kinda gave up trying to fix the tail after about ten tries

I may still try to fix it

I wanted to try out making entries again ;v; I dunno how I feel on this kid, based around the ocean at night and tuxedo cats.

i actually really like this design! my only comment would be maybe the line between the white and black could be softer or a bit harsher, but that's my own aesthetic talking. i really like it! ^u^

The edits are because I wanted to make something fluffy and angry and the colors are because that sad song that plays in PMD Time/Darkness/Sky when you leave your partner started playing so dark colors because now I'm sad rip.

Why do you want to become an artist?
I read about these after I saw them whilst scrolling through the artist compositions and can't handle how cute they are and just had to try out :3
How active are you/can you be in the community?
I'm on every day multiple times a day
Do you have any previous experience? (Not Required)
I do indeed. Rigt now I'm very involved with Acalas and am enjoying it, but like I said, I'm on a lot so I'd like to do more with the art and community

None of the others up right now have bear tails, that looked too cool to not do!
Note that I'm working with my mouse while I wait for a new tablet pen to come in.

Note that Masking doesn't show because the dog does not have a red base--which makes it appears solid (and knocks it off the phenotype).

I'll do a few more after I cook and when my new pen comes in (or my ipad, whichever is first). Unfortunately, my tablet doesn't do touch....

    my first entry c:
    its officially 2:14 am so i'll put up more info on him after i sleep

    ** so i was looking through and i 'think' hes kind of a mix of uncommon & rare?
    I'm not 100% positive, as the wording of the rarities confuses me just a tad
    (to me, i read it as edits being any edits except the spiky thing as mentioned, or line edits, but im just not 110% positive that im reading it correctly)

So with traits, yes I understand they are a bit confusing *need to update it*
But, so allll the pre-made manes other than the standard ones are Uncommon
Then, with horns, the standard ones are well standard/common whilst any other simple/smooth horns are uncommon AND so are the multiple horns. I hope that makes sense?
We are trying to update it so that the artists only write the list of traits, not that they are just one rarity ^-^
