This is a really cute entry!
My only remark is that...I would have liked to see some more detail, or more variance in colors. She seems a little plain to me. Perhaps some light (almost white) markings? Or even making that heart on her forehead white. Something to break up the monotony of just the en purple

I do agree with you that the scarf should be a dark green :> I think that would have made it pop a lot more than it currently is ^^

This looks good...mostly.
You forgot to color in the bandana, and also add the whites to the eyes. I don't have a problem with the pattern, though I think the base coat might have looked better as a dark grey all around, rather than just the light grey

Per the Design Guide, you need to change the paws, eyes, nose, and tongue color to reflect the charm color you put on the collar. Otherwise, it doesn't follow the species rules

Ooh yay, a charm shape I haven't seen yet! I really like this one. y only complaint is that the face markings (the light ones) could have done with some more contol. They seem to be a little all over the place. However, all in al this is a really strong design <3

I would recommend keeping the bits on the nose
