I am still in the designing stage. I need to add his accessories and shading, etc., but so far I like it(; Posting because I won't be able to get on my laptop for a while & its easier to just edit than search through all my unfinished drawing xD

Finished! I absolutely ADORE this. I might end up changing things her&there, but overall I think he's finished.

Marking Types: The markings themselves are based off of Margays, which is an exotic jungle cat. They look almost identical to the more well known Ocelot. The colors were like Margays, but I tweaked the colors a lot to a more dark brown.

Region: Western Isnaroh

Rank: Trainee, though dreams of becoming a Guard

Parents: Shar's parents were legendary...to him anyways. His mother had always cared for her only child, and protected him fiercely. She was taken by a tornado (Hopefully they have these. If not, I will edit.). His father though, was Shar's hero. His role model. He had based his whole life on becoming exactly like dad. Until the Sorith attack. Shar's father, Siren, was battling courageously to save Shar, his only son. Shar had stood in the corner, terrified and unable to help his dad. The fight went on all through the night, and eventually Shar peeked out of his paws, which were now covering his face. Siren lay dead in front of him, and Shar has despised the Sorith with a pure hatred ever since.

Personality: As a pup, Shar was his daddy's boy. He dreamed of becoming just like him. Shar was a tad bit shy, but loyal and trustworthy. After the Sorith attack that took his father, he has become the complete opposite. He is the perfect guard. Fiercely protective over everything, vowing to never let a Sorith kill another Isnaroh if he is there. A bit of a stud, and loves the females. Some of the elder Isnaroh are a bit scared of his ambitions and fierce hatred for the Sorith. Sometimes it blinds him from seeing what is best for the rest of his pack.

Story: I woke up, snuggled next to my father. It was 5 days after the tornado had taken mom, and I was still really upset. Dad promised me it would all be okay, but I was still a little bit wary of going outside. All of my friends called me a baby, but I didn't care. I'd show them. Sitting up, I shook out my fur, my tiny horns growing bigger every time I woke up. "Dad?" I whispered, prodding the giant lump of fur with my paw. He woke up hazily, looking down at my much smaller body. "Yes son?" he asked, his voice so powerful, so commanding. "Can you tell me another story of when you and Mom were my age?" he asked. Siren sat up, shaking his long fur. "Well, it was a hazy night. Everyone had fallen asleep, except your mother and the two posted guards. I was asleep next to my own siblings, and she ran over and woke me up. At first, I was a little mad. I wanted to sleep! She had whispered 'Lets go see the stars!'. At first, I thought it was stupid. But then I remembered it was the night of the star rain." At that, my tail thumped the ground. Ever 30 or so years, the stars would fall from the heavens, and create a show in the night sky. Siren continued. "Once I woke up a little, we both padded outside, trotting up the nearby hill and leaping on top of the highest rock we could reach. After waiting for quite some time, she gasped and prodded my side. 'Look! There! There!' she had exclaimed, and I eagerly looked up. The show had begun. First a few. Then ten. Then hundreds of stars were falling from the sky. It was amazing, the sight. It was that night I knew that I loved your mother." he finished. I was in awe. "And the next star rain is coming up, right? Right?" I asked excitedly. "Yes. In four more days. You are now old enough to come and watch it with me." he beemed proudly. "Now, I need to go. You stay here, alright?" he told me firmly, protective after mom died. "Yes dad, I will." I answered softly.
The whole day, I fantasized about the Star Rain. My friends had resorted to playing a training game called "LeapDrag". It was similar to play fighting, but the first one to drag the other out of the circle won. I wasn't to interested in playing, still quite upset about my mother. The first few days past, and finally, the day before the Star Rain was here. I was bubbling with excitement, as well as all the other pups. None of us had seen it yet, and we were all eager. Suddenly, we all heard a howl. My father pricked his ears, as he was sitting next to me gnawing on an elk bone. "Stay." he commanded, sprinting out of the cave entrance. I stayed, but strained to see out. There was a massive herd of Sorith! I whimpered, and ran to the back of the cave, where all the other pups were. "The Sorith!" I exclaimed, scared that they might come into the cave itself. The other pups were quietly chatting, nervous about the battle that we all knew would happen soon. Finally, the long, mournful howl, and then we heard various growls and barks. Even the hunters had been called out to aid the fight. We all heard them getting closer and closer. Suddenly, we saw wolves retreating into the den. "OH no!" I whispered loudly. My father was one of the last to enter, still fighting a young bull Sorith. He had blood dripping down his legs, and a huge gash right under his eye. "Dad!" I yelped, wanting to help but knowing I would most likely get killed. Unable to watch the massive Sorith pour into my home, I shielded my eyes with my paws, retreating behind the rest of the pups. The battle carried on for 2 more hours.
As I finally opened my eyes, the camp was silent. The uninjured were helping the injured, and I could see many still bodies laying on the solid floor. "DAD!" I wailed, seeing my beloved father lying on the hard floor. There was a small pool of blood near his mouth and next to his leg. I ran up to him, wiggling under his lifeless paw. It seemed so much heavier than usual. "Come on, wake up. Dad!" I whimpered, licking his leg. "Dad!" I whispered one last time. The rest of the pups had made their way over to me, staying silent. I looked up, looking them all over, then staring back down at my fallen hero. "I will never let any other isnaroh suffer this. I swear." I whispered, snarling in hatred of what had happened. I gently removed the peacock feather Siren had tied to his tail, and placed it on mine, a constant reminder of my pledge to never let another Sorith cause this much pain to another isnaroh.

Other: Females DO have antlers, unlike the Sorith, which only males do.
There are very few unnatural colors in them, and all designs are based off of big cats.
All leaders have a chest piece that extends up over the shoulders, almost like a blade.

Ahh, finished form. I really hope I am able to keep the character, I absolutely adore it xD I might be making some art.

Isnaroh wear items on them, from pieces of clothing to jewelry. But they WILL NOT wear bones. This is considered an insult to their prey.
Hunters wears a bracelet while guards where leg things.
Leader is considered both the healer and the leader in the pack.
