I really like this contest. :3 So this is Otohime, Queen of the Dragonians from the game Okami. The torso/ arm fins are based on the dress she wears, and the legs/ tail are based on her water dragon form.

Solara was found as a pup behind an abandoned factory building. She was born a dark orange, which continues to get lighter and lighter as she ages. Her eyes are a deep purple that match the three feathers that she wears on her left ear. Her markings all have symbolic meanings which refer back to where or when she was born.

Other: The design in the circle is not a "C", it is a moon, but didn't quite come out at the right angle. The purple "dots" that wind around her leg and up to the sun are actually stars. This represents a solar eclipse and cosmic disarray.

Please let me know what you think of her. I may edit a bit later if I have time.
