I've never done a contest before, so I hope I've done this right

Anyway, Sealand is Pharoah's character, and here's a mate I've designed for him.

Pharoah said she liked steampunk, so I gave her steampunk wings and some nifty goggles.

Sealand reminds me a lot of water, so I figured a nice contrasting design for his mate would be fire. I used sort of a burnt orange and yellow-green color so that the colors weren't too bright and also weren't too obviously fire. I think the fire thing goes well with the steampunk. I imagine this girl likes to work with metals and fire to craft machinery like her wings.

I tried SO HARD to keep the lines smooth, especially in the wings where it's machinery, but I did this with the mousepad on my laptop, so it was really hard. I would have liked to do it with a tablet but I don't have one.

Name: Felox, the Current Pokemon.
Type: Electric.
Ability: Collective Energy.
Dex Entry: Felox have a wool-like back mane that collect static electricity from the air and object around it so that they may charge their electric attacks.The static spreads throughout their body, and one can get a jolting shock from touching a Felox. Felox's fur and body do not shock their trainer, it is thought they can control the charge.
Other: Commonly found next to big cities, and is a bit of a trickster Pokemon.

Name: Azel (means grim Demon/Angel of death, language it comes from: unknown)
Gender: Male
Age: 5-6 (about 18-21 in human years)
Personality: When you first meet Azel he is, Unpleasant. He tries to be rude and mean to scare others off. Azel hates to be around large crowds, actualy he just hates others all together. But when he is alone with you and he likes you he might open up to show his halareous, sweet side. He doesn’t cry or smile because he said it shows weakness. But he will smirk
History: As a pup he was raised in a tribal pack called “The Black Moon Tribe” As initiation into the pack, they eliminated the weak pups by drowning them in the swamp until they are on the edge of life and see who survives. Azel survived somehow, but never went near water for the longest time; to this day Azel hates water. They were a very cruel and demonic tribe. Soon after Azel’s 2nd birthday, he was kidnaped by the rival of their clan, “The solar order.” They tried to make Azel “pure again” but they couldn’t. Azel just reacted by killing his instructors. The Solar order decided Azel was very dangerous and was put on death row. He escaped but they didn’t catch him that time. He ran into the forest and grew up there practically alone except the occasional wondering person or wolf. He didn’t believe in love until he met Ryūketsu.
In your mind how they meet: they met by running into each other in the forest Azel was hunting and she was too. At first glance Azel fell in love with her and he got clumsy as usual and walked over a tree root and fell onto a tree. Azel made a fool of himself and Ryūketsu didn’t like him at first. So next time Azel saw her, Azel tried to be less clumsy, which failed miserably. Again Ryūketsu was repulsed by Azel and still didn’t like him. Then the third try Azel walked past her but she was in a bit of trouble, she was fighting so even though he didn’t even know her name, he fought the others off with her. Azel’s only line to her in that fight was “Heck I don’t know you but I love you, I don’t care if you hate me, I WILL always love you.” You can imagine what happened next.
Why should they become mates?: they are in love! Azel loves to be with her. It would be a sin to separate them, but then again, Azel is a sin himself...
If she fell off a cliff and/or got shot by a hunter what would he do?: If she fell off a cliff Azel would surely go after her, even if it meant death. Azel’s thoughts would be “at least im with her forever…"
If she got shot by a hunter he would attack who ever shot her with no mercy. Azel would tear that hunter to shreds. Then he would try to patch up her wound and stand guard of her until she was better.
Pre-existing or just designed character?: I just made him up
Distinctive markings: the demonic wing on his left side. The moon marking on his right back paw As well as his blue and purple tribal markings from his past.
Why do they fit together?: I don’t know anything about Ryūketsu so I cant say…
Is he a leader or a follower?: he is kind of both, at times he is in total control of the situation, but other times he sits back and takes orders from others.
Other bits of personality: He likes rock music and he is strangely intrigued by shiny objects.
Worst fears, flaws, whatever: He hates water (see above why) and is scared of losing the things he loves. His flaws are he is clumsy when he is nervous, he curses a little but too much sometimes but not usually. He is too protective over things.

Hope you like this one, Howling! This is my third entry I think. The red on his leg and stomach is supposed to be a jar of acid/poison. And people viewing this DO NOT steal my ideas - the claw wings, and the skull head band. Or face the consequences of my pet dinasour. Rawrrrrr. Lol.
