Name: Gabriel Gender: Male Age: 4 years Power: The essence of Healing; Gabriel is able to heal, basically. But not just heal. He's able to replenish loss of body, inward and outwards, and he's able to take away as well. Seeing within his mind and at the touch of a paw, he's able to explore inside the body, finding the source of the problem. The only two down effects of his skills are that he's unable to heal himself and that sometimes, he's forced to take some of the pain from his occupant and transfer it into himself. No wounds will appear, but the pain the wounded Amara is feeling will become his own. The only ways to get rid of it is to transfer it to another animal, or have it healed by a healer. Personality Silent/Listener Quiet and rarely ever speaks. When he does, his voice is often described as comforting and brotherly. Some say he sounds like the archangel Gabriel, hence his name. No one really knows why this young Amara rarely speaks, but some say it's due to the events that occurred in his past. Other than that, he often times listens instead of speaks. He's well known for his sharp senses, able to pick up the slightest of vibrations from miles away. It helps in his line of work as a Healer. Indifferent As gentle as he is and as caring as he may seem when at work, Gabriel is entirely indifferent to the world. He show's no caring of others and no sign of affection or dislike. This is often times shown as a bad quality in his personality, but in truth, Gabriel doesn't know what to feel. After the events in his past, Gabriel has lost all sense of emotion. Some try to provoke him into showing emotion, but it always fails. Only once has Gabriel ever shown any true emotion. And it was as fleeting as it came. But it's proof that Gabriel can feel. He just chooses not too. Self-reliant Gabriel often times depends on himself. He doesn't like to dump his problems on other people, and when wounded himself, he goes away for a bit so he can heal and deal with the pain alone. It's hard to believe that such a young Amara can deal with such agony, but Gabriel is well in-tune with pain and can often times put up with it easily. Intelligent It's so obvious that he's quite intelligent when he's at work or on the move. Able to think quickly and move when a problem occurs. He doesn't ever seem to loose his cool, indifferent aura. He works with quick paws and a swift tongue. If voice is necessary, Gabriel can prove to be quite the leader. Able to calm, or rile up a crowd at a few words and able to organize everything quickly and efficiently. Lonely Poor Gabriel doesn't express this, but deep inside, he's given up on others. He's so lonely and feels pain every day deep inside him. He doesn't know how to interact with others anymore and gaining his trust is almost nigh impossible. Rank: Trainee/Healer History Gabriel was born in between the two borders of the Amara and the Tueur. Beneath these two plots of land is a smaller area of free-land. No one claims it, but it's considered battle zone and often times can become a dangerous place to be. Gabriel's father, having the power of Ore, used his skills to manipulate the ore around them and create a small sort of safe haven, or home. His mother, a natural born healer, died a few weeks after giving birth to Gabriel. Gabriel's father took over the care of Gabriel, teaching him the art of hunting, fighting, and listening. This was his most important lesson, listening. His father always told him that 'to listen, was to know, and know all.' So Gabriel stopped and he listened. And what he learned, was that the war wasn't through yet. That the Tueur's fiery hatred towards the Amara was as strong as ever and that they were just waiting for the chance to attack. One day, while Gabriel's father was out hunting, Gabriel decided to explore. By then, he had turned 11 months old and was excited by the prospect of the world. He wandered through the no-man's land, the scents around him mainly being old blood and small prey. On accident, Gabriel wandered into the Tueur's boundary. By the time he realized the scents had changed, it was already too late. Three Tueur, older and larger than him, cornered him into a rock field. Together, the three launched onto him, their fire burning bright in their maws. Gabriel tried his best to fight back, to survive, but he was still young and weak. It was over almost as quick as it had begun. Gabriel, bleeding and burned badly, lay in the dirt, fighting for breath. The Tueur's laughed and prepared to strike the final blow when suddenly, out of nowhere, Gabriel's father appeared. With a fierce anger that terrorized even Gabriel, his father tore into the three Tueur's. In desperation, they tried to fight back, but it was little use. Gabriel's father was like a monster, no wound holding him back as he tore into them. At long last, the three Tueur lays dead, their blood soaking into the ground. Gabriel's father, panting and drooling blood, approached his son. "I don't have much time. Listen closely to me, my son. When you are old enough, and have gained greater power, come back to the free land and find your birthplace. There, you will find a gift from me." He said. His father then limped away, leaving Gabriel alone in the blood soaked ground. Then the world blacked out and Gabriel was left to fend for himself in his nightmares. When he awoke, his wounds were healed and he was staring into the eyes of a female Amara. She had bright purple eyes and scars across her body. But despite her kind, gentle eyes, Gabriel was struck with immense fear. He scrambled away from her, his pupils wide and dilated. "Stay away..." he croaked, his voice harsh from the smoke he had inhaled. The female tried to soothe him, telling him her name was Saffi and that she only wanted to help, but Gabiel couldn't hear her through the loud whine in his ears. She approached him again, but he scrambled away. "Stay AWAY!!" he screamed, flaring his paw at her. His breath came in short, fast pants and he stared at the floor, his whole body taught and shaking. He couldn't breathe... Why couldn't he breathe? Slowly, Gabriel's vision swam and darkness swooped in once more. After that awakening, Gabriel remained still and unemotional. He ate, he slept, and he moved, but it was if a machine was doing it. He watched with lifeless eyes and no voice. No matter how much Saffi tried to get him to speak, he remained silent. Gabriel spent most of his time with the healer, being a spark of interest and worry to her. Some say it was trauma that made him as such. Some said that his body had just shut down. Trying to escape whatever horrific event had occurred. Slowly, as time past and he turned 3 years, Gabriel began to show life again. He began to help in Saffi's line of work, showing a remarkable power for healing. He began to hunt for his own food and fight back when he was teased. He might of continued to remain in silence, but slowly, Gabriel was waking up to the world again. Color on Feather Bracelet: Light sky blue Art: Coming Soon Other: Gabriel rarely speaks. He's often times mistaken for a mute. Also, his father is still alive and would be considered a Full grown adult, nearing the age of an elder, by now. Gabriel's father is one of those rare pups born missing a gemstone and feather. Because of this, Gabriel's father whose name is Cruz, has a terrible anger that's akin to a beasts. Gabriel's father displayed this and his incredibly fury when he killed the three Tueur's that attacked Gabriel. His father is something of a legend in the No-Man's land, having been called 'monster' and 'freak' all his life. Despite this, Gabriel get's his incredible ability to lead from his father. Little is known about his mother, just that she was born with a natural knack for healing and that she had fallen in love with a broken and angry Amara, Gabriel's father. Gabriel received a bit of his father's uncontrollable anger, but none have witnessed it yet. As said before, Gabriel is indifferent to the world and it's a lot harder to provoke him to anger than a normal person. |

Just changed a few things. The sign on her shoulder is meant to be a infinity symbol, and it's paint, not blood. The wings are referenced from bat wing skeletons.
