So this is my entry for Hyde. I started with a gray body and developed this concept of winter through the gray and the scarf. So I added greens and reds, because my other drawing a had a bunch of blues and I wanted to make this masculine. Then I realized it would be too Christmas-y if I did that, so I added one light blue to balance it out. The dots were added to the scarf to give it some flavor and the stripes I put on the legs as a contrast to the stripe son the scarf. I think it's a simple design, but I'm very please with it.
As before, anything you want me to change? Do you want me to come up with a personality?

I hope you dont mind that I Fixed some of your lines on the wolf. :3
I erased the fur near the legs and made it cleaner to make it look like that fur is actually on the back of the legs :3
I lengthened his tail His tail didnt come out so good..
Err... I erased the open mouth and drew a closed mouth.. I may work on his ears and a bit on the back legs..

This is my realistic horse. The red markings is paint(tribal markings) and i tryed to make it look like a Appaloosas horse. Hope you like it :)

So here's my entry for Finner. I'm actually pretty happy with it. This turned out differnt than I thought it would, but I'm happy with how the strings with dots on them. Once again, I've done a darker base, then put lighter colors on it. I did a sorta beige and some light greens, which I really think works well with really dark redish brown.

So what I was going for here was to try to capture the steam punk you wanted, while still putting my own spin. I added tribal markings, because you said you liked tribal, and I feel like they gave the design some depth. The green is the same green from Sealand's necklace and bracelet. I wanted to carry over a color from him that wouldn't be super obvious it came from him, like the blue. So I took the green and the brown from his shell. The brown is on the gear in her hair, which I wanted to be like a clip. She also has a few bracelets, one with a gear attached to that to. Her tail is supposed to be constructed out of metal, because she lost her real one in an accident. (I'll be writing the story behind that later, since I can't deiced between a hunting of flying accident.) The tail is mostly based off the metal heart, since I thought that looked really cool and I wanted to incorporate that into the design. The wings, well, they're based off the wings you liked. I'm pretty sure I don't want the dots on her ears to be piercings, but if you would like them like that, then that's what they are. Again, I'll be writing a back story later.
The only thing that I'm wondering is about Sealand's personality. Can you write a bit about him so I know in which way I should direct her? I don't want her to be super sarcastic if he isn't sarcastic at all. Also, if you have anything you want changed or added or if you have some pointers that would be great. Thanks

The beating African sun pulsed down onto the already dry ground. A vicous wind blew, driving sand and dirt into my eyes and the eyes of my family. Our sore feet were blistered and the sensiive pads were cracked and bleeding. Finally, i looked up, blinking the dust out of my eyes. A beuatiful sight greeted me. A dead gazelle lay on the ground, rushing over, i started eating, trying to feed before the rest of my pride noticed the acrcass. No such luck. fifteen hungry lionesses and their cubs spotted the meal almost imeadiatly, hunger shapening their eyesite. I felt a stab of pain in my chest. All but one of my own cubs had died a few days ago. The loss was still fresh in my mind, Pushing that thought aside, i grabbed Kayle and forced him to the ground. He would not get any of this meal if i had anything to do with it. Shouldering my way through the other lions, i found Tooa, my last remaining cub. I regurgitated some of the meat for her, pulling her close to my belly.


Startled, i opened my eyes. It was night. Oh no, i thought. I must have fallen asleep. That means the others would have left without me. I scrambled to my paws. Something moved in the darkness, and i growled deep in my throat. "Cheez Caia, its just me." my sister said, stepping out of the shadows dragging a vulture. "Its not much, i know, but at least its food." she said, pushing it towards me. Gratefully,, i took a bite, the fur on my shoulders lieing flat. Now that the other lionesses were gone, we wouldn't have to hunt so much. "We better get out of here." i said. "Other lions probably live here." i said and picked Tooa up by her scruff. "No." i heard. "What!?!?!?" i said, spinning around to look at my sister. "No, im not leaving." she said. "But Kayden!" i pleaded. "They will chase us out if they find us, you understand? OR worse, kill us." i said and gulped. "Im not leaving." she said again. "Why?!?!?!" i asked incredously. "Because this place has water."



(*(the lion in the competition i drew is Tooa all grown up, cool huh? she lived a long happy life, while the lionesses that moved on eventually died of starvation and lack of water. On the otherhand, Tooa lived happily, playing in the long grasses and eating sweet warthog meat. Her story is up to you now! ))
