Wild thing based on this drawing by Neara

Here's my entry for Neara's contest~
She is a mix breed, a canine and a feline. I really don't know specific breeds so be creative.
She has tufts of fur on her ears and a few locks of fur running from just behind her eye and down her cheeks, she also has a very snow leopardish tail.

The flower thing on her wrist is actually a weapon; a retractable dagger contraption that is laced with the flowers natural power to cause hallucinations. Much like shrooms this flower emits a chemical that super charges brain waves to the eyes and causes the sufferer to see things that aren't there.

If this design does not win I think I'd like to keep her :3

His pelt is a tad too orange, but I very much like his markings. (And the penguin video in your siggy amuses me X3)

Their names are Cascada and Alto.

Cascada is more of an urban, fashionable, and proper character whereas Alto is very rugged and primitive. Ever heard of opposites attracting? ;) She's got the steampunk look, while he has got the tribal piercings and markings.

a genetically engendered puppy. a mix between dog and various fish
1. multiple breathing holes on its snout
2 gills for underwater breathing
3 slick smooth skin that cracks and bleeds if its not in the water
4 sadly the protective eyelid was to thick and disformed, when the drs tried to fix it hey cause the dog to go blind.
5 the outcome of the dog was less than desireable, they wanted a mutant fish freak, so slowly over time they plan to turn the dog into one piece by piece.
6 a paddle like tail to help it swim in water.
