Went with a dogwood theme, if only because of how important they are to my family. :) It's not my best but my mother kept distracting me haha.

Hi there! Let me help you out with your form a little bit ^^

'Base Color' should include one of the four basic horse coats. This includes chestnut, seal brown, bay, and black. You can pick whichever one you want, but preferably just one.
'Dilutions/Modifiers' includes genes that change these four base coats into different shades. This can be something like adding 'cream' to bay, making a buckskin, or adding 'champagne' to seal, making a sable. Silver, pearl, and mushroom are also dilutions! Lilac and varnish roan however are not. Lilac does not exist outside of a shorthand title for a dark chestnut with roaning, and varnish roan is actually a white marking in the appaloosa family so that would go under '3-5 Desired Markings'. Please let me know if you have any questions on how to adjust your form beyond that <3
