Welcome to my contest. You see, I'm not on this site much anymore and I'm left with a ton of rare pets sitting around. Thus I'd like to get rid of them by creating a contest. I'm looking for an high quality original character. One that I can use a lot and actually connect with. However, I have no idea what I'm looking for. Please just use your imagination and spend time on your entry. I appreciate effort and that will be what I'm mainly judging on. Good luck! I'll give you an idea of what I want bellow. ~basic info~ •I definitely want an equine. Any equine species will work for me as long as it resembles a horse. •Please no MLP:FIM ponies, I don't connect with them. •Realistic is the key! However, that doesn't mean you need to be an expert on horse anatomy. I don't require shading or highlights. Just a basic reference sheet will do!~ •I absolutely LOVE custom tack! Adorable saddle pads and halters are sure to catch my eye! ~breed~ If you're doing just a regular horse then here are the breeds I love. •Quarter Horses and Quarter Ponies. •Arabians. •Fjords. •Icelandic horses and ponies. •Appaloosa's •Sometimes Shetlands. •Sometimes Thoroughbreds ~Coat color~ •Paints (Tovero) •Chestnuts •Socks and blazes eUe •Silver Dapples •Palomino Dapples ~Prizes~ (probably going to add on to first place) First  Second  Third  |

Create Me a Species
Well, hi! Like an awful lot of users, I'm wanting someone to create me a species. Let's get straight to the prizes, right?
First Prize: A permanent artist, and mod on the thread, two customs, plus this pet. Second Prize: A guest artist (5 of the species), one custom, and this pet. Third Prize: A guest artist (Two of the species), and one custom. Other entries: One custom. What I'd like Dragons Weird hybrids (giraffeXhyena ect.) Wings Griffons Greek mythology (preferred) Unique ideas that CS has never seen. What I don't like Spiders Already used species Rules No whining, begging, or bribing. Don't threaten! At least 10 minutes worth of drawing. Make sure the species has shading and highlights. Please be sure it has Lock Alpha coloring for easy adoptables. Good luck! |

Adoptable Contest

I am looking to make an adoptable but each one I make people don't seem to like. I am doing a contest where you make an adoptable I can use. I want one I can make profit off of. You do not need to make on alike from the outline I made but you can. Likes Animals with four legs Animals with fur Animals with wings Animals with feathers Male and female different parts Fluffs Multiple eyes (2 or 3 on each side of face) Long tails Fluff on the back Shading Dislikes Scary animals Lizards Armor Tiny fluffy things that are too cute for their own good, unless it is the baby lines. Lineart contest
Hello, there. I'm looking for some lineart for an adoptables. I don't have a name for it, either. So feel free to suggest a name along with an entry. c:
I do not have something for a ref. So, free draw, I guess. But, you can look at the head up there to get an okay veiw of what it could be based off. Look at the description below as well. It is VERY rare for this species to have short furred necks. So rare, that only I can make that kind whent he adoptables is up Their tail is long and fluffy. Not like a horse's tail, they can swish it around similar to a cat Their legs are long and nimble. And I mean LONG. Their paws a slightly small, but their legs are long for running. They can have any color eyes They have a cat like muzzle Their ears are like a fennec fox's, but taller Their legs are skinny, not thick. Essential for running from predators and just plain running These are mixed with wolf, fox, and other animals This species has what looks like hair hanging from the top of their heads, similar to what you see on the head shot. It is not a wig. RULES~ Do not claim this species idea as your, as it wasn't based off anything by you in the first place. All I need is some nice lineart for it. Feel free to add your signature, but no watermarks. Watermarks just mess with the design and get very annoying when making an adopt. These creatures don't have wings or any feathers, so don't try to add anything like that. These creatures have semi-long fur to keep them warm, as they stay in a cool place where they run a lot, making the air around them cooler to the feel. They originate from a place known as Zantainia. (Zan-tane-ee-ah) It'd be nice if a LA layer and a shading layer was their. You don't have to, but it will give you extra points. Prizes Really, there isn't much I'm going to do for prizes. I'm not handing out any pets. For the first prize winner, I'll be taking the lineart and you will become my artist/co-owner. c: Second prize winner will become an artist for the species. Their will be no other prizes. Try to aim for the top. c; |

Make Lines for my new Species!
Welcome to My Contest! Welcome to my contest, fellow smoothians! My contest right here is, obviously shown, is to see who can make lines for my new species! I am not the best at re-drawing on the computer, so I am having you amazing artists recreate them! The species are called Diu Auritus, meaning long eared in latin. Rules: ~ You must be able to know how to use lock alpha, and create a lock alpha using drawing. ~ You must be responsible, because winning makes you co-owner of the species. We both have big parts in this. ~ Lines must be clean and not merely made by the freehand tool. ~ Do not claim this species as yours, as I worked extremely hard on these. ~ No entries can be kept, sold or auctioned, because they were based off of my own species.
