Of course you do!
all you have to do to win is create me some adult and nursery lines for my adoptable Bellmurra(s) (Bell-mur- a-s) or Murras. (mur-a-s)

What is a Bellamurra you may ask?

Rarity List: {Artists -- Please use & follow}

Common:
Two natural colors with no other markings. Stripes will be one color while the base coat is another.
Common colors are black, grey, chestnut and bay.

Uncommon:
Two natural but uncommon colors, possibility of some markings on the base coat. Markings must be a natural color.
Uncommon colors are palomino, red and blonde.

Rare:
Three natural colors, with alternating stripe color and single base coat color. Possibility of markings on the base coat, either natural or unnatural colors. Some line edits, such as a longer / shorter tail, may appear.
Rare colors are orange and yellow.

Very Rare: {Artists, please make VRs only with my permission}
Three+ colors, natural or unnatural. Markings on base coat in unnatural or natural colors, possibility of line edits.
Very Rare colors are green, blue, pink and purple. White is the rarest color and cannot be passed down through breeding.

You may make up to 3 Adult males & 2 pups, but they must be under one cover. One of them may be a very rare color. (White or not-naturally occurring colors / patterns)

Karamos are small, dragonesque creatures about the size of a large house cat. Every Kara is covered in fur, and has a mane of long fur around their neck and a tuft on their tails. Karas are very mischievous and are known to play pranks on their friends, but they are loyal and loving as well. Take home a Karamo today!

Karamo Adopts is in need of some artists! We are still a work in progress as a center, but we will officially open after this contest has ended. Please check out our main page and read about the species before entering!

Contest Details:

1. Karamos made in this contest are NOT real Karas. YOu may transfer the design to other species if you don't win, but you can't keep the Kara unless I say so.

2. Please follow the species rules. There aren't very many, but I can't be sure you will be a good artist unless follow the rules.

3. Quality over Quantity, but I'd love to see that you can continuously make good designs.

Species Guidlines

Karamos are always covered in hair and always have a mane, belly, back and tail fluff.
Karas may have longer hair and fur, but the hair may not reach down past the feet.
Karas always have wings. Very special Karas may have edited wings, possibly with feathers, but those kind will be very rare.

Please make an cover page and put all your entries under it.

You may make as many entries as you like, but there needs to be a minimum of at least four.

No more than two of your entries may have edits.

Custom lines are optional, but would be great.

Pellicius dragons are gentle, wingless dragons. They have unique fur-covered heads to protect themselves from the bitter cold of the heights they fly to. Their diet consists of mostly insects and berries, though some are known to eat gems as treats. Full grown Pellicius dragons are roughly the size of an iguana and babies are around bunny sized. The Pellicius dragons' eyes are always covered by fur, so instead of using sight, they use sonar to see where they're going. These dragons love to adorn themselves in jewelry as a part of their culture, they receive their jewels after reaching adulthood. The lifespan of a Pellicius dragon is usually between 100 and 150 years, they become adults at 50 years of age.

I'm looking for five artists to join me in the community of Pellicius Dragons and to help me start off. You are allowed to make as many entries and as many edits as you wish, just as long as the head stays fluffy and it has some form of jewels. There is no limit in colors, just try not to burn my eyes please. You must state that the dragon is a contest entry and not for adoption. Other than that, have fun and go crazy!

This is important information about the species that I made, if you decide on drawing the lines for the species above you Must read the information below

~Body is like a Sugarbush Draft horse. Meaning it has a sloping shoulder, moderate back length, long neck and muscular hind quarters like the Sugarbrush Draft horse.
~They do not have a lion-like tail, its just the only thing I could think of when I drew the ref and I'm too lazy to go and change it. It has a deer like tail or sometimes a regular, medium lengthed horse tail.
~Mule/Zebra-like mane that goes no further then just past the shoulder
~Male's have beard like fur under their heads
~Male's have antler's like a deer (Many different types of deer/elk horns, usually can get no bigger then a 10 point)
~Feathered feet
~Ear's are a little longer then a normal horse's
~The have small k-9 teeth, male have larger ones then females.
(Will add more later if needed)

Booster's (Though not needed)
~Removable shading/highlighting (For all layers)
~Removable/Changeable antlers (Must have antlers)
~Removable foot feathering
~Foal lines (with tiny, removeable stub antlers for colts)
~Male/female symbol's

Welcome

Welcome to the Taikos Adoptables Artist Competition. So I'm running this contest to find a few artists for my new Oekaki adoption center. So, I'm just going to make this all short and simple. If you have any questions please ask here or send me a private message. In the end of the contest I'll choose a few entries and the respective designers will join to our staff as artists and some maybe as guest artists. These Taikos may not be used as characters or anything, they're for the competition only.

What is a Taiko?

Taikos are a species named so for the taiko-like noises their wing beats create. Taikos are wild creatures. They're usually very peaceful, playful and curious so they're really easy to domesticate. All of them have long and fluffy tails and also a fluffy mane, including females.

• You can add accessories.
• Do not color the lines.

• No bright / neon colors.

What Is a Poculum Warg?

Potion wolf

A Poculum Warg is a Wolf creature, much larger than ordinairy ones. They are the size of a Warg, but they have great horns, feathers and a large crystal on their tails for defence. The Crystals can have different shape and colors, and in rare cases, be broken or not there at all. Between their horns they have an orb filled with magic potion. Normally It's floating by itself but some Poculums do not like that, and binds them instead to their horns with thin strings decorated with feathers and pearls.
These are quite friendly creatures, but they are very shy and need to trust you fully to come with you home.
They are Carnivores, but can take an alternative diet if meat is not found, like Blueberries, Mushrooms and grass.
PW's live in deep forests, with thin vegetation which allows them to hunt freely.
The feathers on a PW will always be there, from birth to death. Simliar to a birds, they can drop them, but they will always grow back.
The floating orb contains a fluid, called a potion. What the potion does, nobody knows, except the PW.
A PW has almost always the same color on the potion in the orb as the eyes the PW has. There has been recorded a few other cases with different eye colors, but it occurs rarily.

What is a MP3 Canine?
MP3 Canines are Canines with either floppy or pointy ears. Ones with floppy ones are normally more dog like, ones with Pointy ears are more wolf like. Each Canine can have a different tail, wolf or dog, they get the same ones, but there are different types. MP3's can be Newborns, Teens or Adults! They come in any colours and patterns, natural or not. But normally, the MP3 player and ear plugs/headphones are the same colour, with the same type of pattern on them. MP3 Canines are very friendly around their owners, but can be a bit wary around strangers. They live in packs and are very social with other MP3's.

Searching for artists!

Adult

As an adult, their colorful soft fur has fully grown in replacing the rough, grey toned baby fur. Adults live in small groups known as 'Huddles' of up to four other FBD's, containing gathered friends or even in rare cases family.
An fully grown adult's tail can roughly reach up to 9ft long, the bone structure more flexible like rubber so it's more constricting, like a boa constrictor (as adults don't kill their prey using their mouths...)

Their eye design and wings are both fully grown in. The color of the eyes design changes with the adult FBDs mood.

Red- Anger
Blue - Calm
Pink - Love
Purple - Anxiety
Yellow- illness
Green - Happy
White/Black/grey - Neutral

The wings enable it to swiftly jump and glide long distance from tree to tree if needed in that given area, but typically FBDs even with these wings are unable to fly.

Rules:
* You may create only 5 entries
* no blinding colors (bright reds, greens..no neon coloring either)
*No greyscale, this color is reserved for baby FBD's
* you may make one adopt with edits.
* do not erase the design by the eye.
* these are not real FBDs but if you win as an artist and wiush to keep one of your entries as a custom it is allowed.

Aokoni Lineart Competition [Closes August 25th]

Alright, I made this species a while ago, but I never got around to doing anything with them. So why not make them adoptables? But here's the thing, I dislike drawing on Oekaki, so I was stumped there. And then an idea came, have a competition for a line art!

This species is known as an Aokoni.
They have a cat-like build.
They live in trees so they have strong legs for climbing.
They have whiskers.
Big eyes that seem to "glow" in the dark.
Lots of spots are common. Less spots are uncommon. And you will almost never see one without spots.
Don't forget that long tail! The tail is two-three times the length of the main body [from chest to rear] and we're not sure what it's used for yet.

You may use the sketch I provided for your entry, it's mostly there to show anatomy and such, you may of course start from scratch, just please follow anatomy!

ahh yeah sorry, I should've clarified that ;-;
natural as in both like a dog's colors and also like a bird are acceptable
if you're using colors like a couple browns, a gray, and an accent color,
you can do the design any way your heart desires, it doesn't have to be dog based
as for bird related designs, it should be like the same colors/markings
with maybe a little twist to it or something and you should state and/or link
a picture of which bird it's based off of

but yes, you may re-do whichever entries you'd like
I always go through all entries each time I visit the thread and sometimes
I just gotta think about it for some people ^^
so no need to worry that I'm either skipping over your entries or anything else x3

There is no end date currently, for now I will accept artists when I find the right ones

What is a Paint Tail Dragon?

These cute little creatures are no bigger than a Great Dane at adulthood, but despite their size they are rather social and friendly. Most of their body is covered in a silk-like fur that has a waxy glaze to it to keep it from getting wet; the rest of their body is short fur, like on their face and tail. They also have webbed toes. This species loves water and swimming, though they can't breath underwater, they really love it. Their ears are tall like zebra ears, helping them to hear another's call, which sounds a bit like a wolf call. This creature loves to eat just about anything it can get its paws on.Their diet consists mainly of fruits and fish, though they have a love for just about anything! This species hatches from an oval-like egg that will normally be covered in spots representing the baby's fur colors. Their fur is normally filled with colors of all sorts. Though uncommon, some have natural colors (but this isn't all that rare at times). They also have a paint-like substance that drips from their tail; this is caused from a gland that they have that constantly excretes this "paint" out of their bodies, as it is mainly a bacterial substance which could cause the creature to become ill if built.

So, I see my contest caught your interest, I'm glad I managed !! c:
I'm looking for people who can help me with the creatures for my project, the world of Tiamat.
I've been thinking of a species, but I can't seem to manage to form it the way I'd like to have it, so I decided to host a contest on here for all you talented artists to try out in if you're interested, bored, or just looking to practice something ^^

Well then, let's get onto what I'm looking for in an entry. ( or click here to skip to the prizes )

- mane
- retractable claws
- fins at elbows

- some fluff
- light but powerful build
- dragon nose/nostrils
- unusual pupils/iris
- raptor claws on hind legs

Dislikes
- big, unpractical claws

- too much fluff
- too many likes added to the necessities

Necessities
- Wolf or Dragon base ( hybrid also possible )
- 3 shark fins on back
- shark tail
- sabertooth fangs
- mohawk
- bat-like inner ears
- 2 extra limbs between the usual ones, the "toes" connected to the body by a wing-like membrane

Colouring in your entry is also optional, but will give you extra brownie points !! ^^

Here's some info on how I'd like the species to be coloured

Colouring
• monochromatic ( often achromatic/grayscale, but not always ) with some markings of a gradient colour, most commonly the one on the opposite side of the colour-wheel ( examples; grayscale with gradient blue markings, greens with gradient orange/red/yellow markings, browns with gradient green markings, etc... )
• inner ears are always gradient from the lightest colour used for the gradient markings at the bottom to the darkest colour at the top
• eyes are usually the same colour as the tongue and pawpads ( if any )
• the above are usually also the colour that's not in the monochromatic scheme
• wing membranes are gradient like the inner ears
• markings are natural ( stripes, dots, etc... ), unnatural markings ( swirls, symbols, etc... ) are very rare
• sabertooth fangs are white, sometimes a light creamy yellow

I'd also like to add that the number of entries per person is unlimited, so don't feel limited with jamming all your ideas into a single entry, mix and match and let your imagination run wild ^^
