Wolfie's Character Comp. - Win Rares/Very Rares/C$!
Prizes This is the group of pets from which the winner and runner ups may choose their prizes. There are over 50 rare and very rare pets to choose from. 1st place may choose up to 15 pets from the prize group and they will also recieve 100 C$. Runner ups may choose up to 5-10 each depending on what remains and how many runner ups there are. Editables and Linearts You may notice that I didn't use an existing editable lineart for this and that is because I'm a bonehead and forgot how Oekaki works. Oops. You may use an existing lineart if you wish, or make your own. If you use an existing one, edit this one as you would normally and include a link to your entry in your post. I'll provide a few links to editables that you may use. To give you an idea of what I'm looking for, here are some guidelines. I tend to like wolves, and for this character I am leaning towards a female. I like natural and unnatural colors equally, and I love cool colors. Black is my favorite. Within these guidelines, and with some variation, here are some ideas to work with. Idea #1 * canine, canine hybrid * female * bat wings * bob tail * "pastel goth" * pale eyes * the galaxy * accessories (leg warmers, necklaces, stones, skulls, tea, flowers) * companions (bats, spiders, rats?) Idea #2 * feline or canine cross? * female * large ears, curled at tips? * long tail * black and purple * glowy eyes * demon * poison? * spikes Idea #3 * horse/unicorn/dragon * male or female * horns/spikes * deep red, purple, lime green * short mane, long tail * glowy scales Idea #4 * tiger/dragon * male * white and black * tiger body/face and dragon wings/feet/tail * breathes smoke End date: End of August. |

This is a Caticorn. Caticorns are half cat and half unicorn. They live in forests and become invisible when it hears any noise at all. I would love to tame them and make them an adoptable! Design My Avatar-Prizes For All
Since this account has never had any art of the character it's named after on it, I thought I'd hold a competition to get an avatar at least.
For this competition, you have to draw my Kingdom Hearts OC, Amxen. There will be some info below for you. Rules Follow all CS rules. Don't draw a random character. Bust or a headshot, though I prefer a bust. Please follow the info on Amxen. You may not keep the avatar if you don't win. Amxen is my character and I'll be keeping all the art entered in this contest for my use. I don't want high or low quality art, meaning that I don't want it to be to realistic or to cartoony. I'd prefer if it was close to the style in Kingdom Hearts, but I encourage artistic freedom as far as style so the entries don't look the same. Please don't complain about the prizes. You may add your signature if you want, but please put it on the same layer as mine and make sure it's visible, but not too big. You can remove the background if you want but if you keep it, keep it transparent so my signature is visible. If you win, please remove the background and the plain white layer so I can get a transparent version. Don't put my name and/or number in the avatar, please. I will add more if necessary. Information Amxen is the 15th member of Organization XIII. She controls darkness, and she can pull her own shadow over herself to form protective armor. Very pale skin. Long, straight black hair. Right eye is lavender/very light purple, left eye is completely blank(no color, no pupil, just white). Left eye has a scar through it(starts above the nose, ends on the left cheek). This ends tomorrow, so if anyone's got any last minute entries and/or edits now's the time to act.
Unfortunately I most likely won't extend it unless people ask me to, and I'm working on a bunch of stuff right now so I'd rather end the competition sooner than later so I can get it done and out of the way. Also, I like the entries so far. They actually scared me a bit because I'm not used to other people drawing my characters. However, I'm very happy to see Amxen coming to life in so many ways. |

Sorry for the delay. Haven't been feeling very good and been very lazy in general lately. Just having such bad artist's/writer's block that I've just been staring at my screen completely clueless for the past few days. However, I'm feeling a bit better, so I'm gonna go ahead and judge this before I crash again. Keep in mind I'm not judging based off of quality. I'm mostly judging on how well you portrayed Amxen both in my image and yours, if that makes sense. That being said... First place is smarty. Second place is MissMusa. Third place is batpants123yolo!. Since not enough people entered for the other prize(up to 4 uncommons from my trade group), I'll be allowing you three to add that to your prizes as a token of my appreciation and gratitude. Remove everything under the cover layer when you post an actual entry. ☀ Under the EXTRAS section That's where my signature and the "fake" layer is. Just leave those showing. ☀ Under the CLAWS section The lines and coloring for the claws are there. Use lock alpha for both! ☀ Under the LINES section These are the lines for the Groovie. If you want to change the color of the lines, use lock alpha! ☀ Under the SMOOTHIE COLOR section Leave the GLITTER & HIGHLIGHTS alone. Use lock alpha for COLOR 1, SWIRLS, DOTS 1, DOTS 2, COLOR 2, and COLOR 3! On the Groovie shown above, each layer is colored with a slightly similar shade of the same color. ☀ Under the DETAILS section Leave the BODY SHADING layer alone You'll want to use LOCK ALPHA for the FUR layer. The fur should be colored slightly darker than the color of the actual Groovie. ☀ Under the COLOR section You can use LOCK ALPHA with each layer ☀ Under the SKETCHES section You don't need to worry about this section- don't use it ☀ Under the COLORS section Here are the bars of color you see at the bottom of the Groovie drawing.  Welcome to AAHA Equine's Official Artist Search Thread!! I'm looking for 2 Artists and 1 Guest artist. This competition doesn't have a final end date for now, but don't wait to put in your entries!! About AAHA Equines AAHA Equines are very unique! Appendix horses are crosses between Quarter Horses and Thoroughbreds. These crosses bring out the long legs, bold body structure, and agility of the Thoroughbred, as well as the thick structure, willing mind, gentle temperaments, and speed of the Quarter Horse. AAHAE's can come in ALL coat colors. They can also have mutations including Brindle Mutation, Chimera Mutation, Lucky Hoof Mutation and more. The Lucky Hoof Mutation results in one of the Horses Hooves being the same color as the horses eyes. This is very unique, and quite uncommon in the AAHA horses as only 1/10 horses produced have this mutation and it only occurs on the left fore hoof. Our Association Offers AAHAE Adoptions, AAHAE Breeding, and AAHAE Customs. Rules Only use these lines for your entries. They aren't here to practice your coloring or to make your Characters with. Put your entries under a cover Do not remove the "FAKE" text from the image. All CS Rules apply Make at least two entries so I can get a better idea of your work Feel free to link to some of your other horse designs so I can see alittle more of your regular work. Create me a character (human) Ok it's time for me to announce the winners. It was really difficult choosing between them all as there were so many amazing entries but I was finally able to narrow it down to three. First place goes to Lilybug1997 viewtopic.php?f=38&t=3103872 I really loved the style of the character she just looked amazing and instantly loved it. Second place goes to Oblivious Nebula with viewtopic.php?f=38&t=3100288 I loved all the detail in the character design and the accessories etc. She looked like such a cute character and had such an interesting design Third place goes to Jawesome ! with viewtopic.php?f=38&t=3097831 I really loved this little guy and throughout the competition I kept telling myself I needed it haha Thank you so much everyone for entering all your entries looked amazing and you made it hard to choose a winner. I'll be sending trades out now and just a reminder if winners want to discuss getting a different pet of the same rarity for a prize they may. Also to those who didn't place keep an eye out for a trade this week you may find something there as I am just so grateful for all the amazing entries (I just might take a bit as I have to let the top 3 choose what they want first) Ok so this contest is going to be a little different from the norm. I want to allow people to go nuts with designs because there is no single thing I love. I want it to be a human but it can be fantasy based, part animal, steampunk, old fashioned, futurist. I really don't mind I just want to see people have fun and see what they can come up with when give freedom to create a human character. Designs can be complex or simple. I don't mind if it's male or female. You may create your own lines I have however got PrinceYui's there if you are unable to draw a person yourself (I myself am horrible and that's why I didn't create my own base). Remember if you do use those lines to keep the signature though ^_^ I plan to keep the top three designs but others may keep theirs. If I choose three winners but like another I may also make an offer later so we'll see how it goes. First place will get:    +15 uncommon or below pets from any open trading folders Second place will get:    +10 uncommon or below pets from any open trading folders Third place will get:   +6 uncommon or below pets from any groups open to trading I would also like to make it clear that if the winners wish to switch which pet they get they may discuss trading it for one of equal or lower rarity in the rares/vr folder I have here but do take note since these are open folders some may change throughout the duration of the competition but I will do my best to refrain from trading rares while this is running. oh and before I forget end date is the 30th of July but I may extend it Rules: You can enter more than once ^_^ Do not copy others designs Dont remove the signature (unless you are doing your own lines) Fight or put down other peoples entries You may keep your design if you do not win and you have a right to pull out from the competition if you wish so that is fine Tess's rules apply Also if you want to add a name or give any extra info about the character that's fine ^_^ lines by PrinceYui |
