Draw My Wolf Species!

I'm planning to start a semi-realistic wolf ARPG, a bit like the warrior cats ones out there, but this one is pack based and runs along canon story events and world based events that affect players. It's gonna be fun hehe

However, my own art style is not what I'm looking for in the foundation of the lineart.
This competition is to draw the lineart for the species!

Requirements:

- Realistic WOLF: This one is HUGE, I don't want cartoon or animated lines, I want realistic, beautifully natural lines. A lot like the many horse adopts that can be found on this site. Of course you can put your own flare/style on it, as long as it isn't overly cartoony.

- Fur Length Options: Looking for very long and thick (like a Saint Bernard); Long (like a Husky), Medium (Like a Labrador or Malinois), and Thin (like a Greyhound or Rhodesian Ridgeback).

- Pup Lines: Like, a newborn bean, very simple, able to be replicated for litters

- Shading and Highlights: Also very important to me is some very attractive but not distracting shading and highlights

- Pose: I'd like the pose to be similar to the cutout I messily drew above, a full side profile of the body please! If you tweak the actual pose, that's totally fine, so long as the body and head are profile. Mouth can be open, closed, or have the option!

Neat Layers: As this will be a closed species, there will be artists coloring these in. It's very important to me as a species owner that these have neat, easy to edit layers. A layer for lines, a layer for shading, highlights, etc. And organized into respective folders i.e. fur-length, eye, paw pads, etc.

I am looking for some designs to add to a new herd, so I thought I'd hold a comp to try to get some other horse designs to add to it!

European QUARTER Horse Community Horse Design Contest

This is more of an unofficial contest to design me a community baby. Just pick one of the pairs below and create a genotype and phenotype from them and design the baby!

Prizes:
1st Place
A custom EQH Import with 1 extremely rare and 1 rare trait + 10 ARPG points to a EQH of your choice. You will also get a breeding slot to the baby you created and any two community horses.
This prize can be exchanged for 500CS$

2nd Place
A custom EQH Import with 2 rare traits + A breeding slot to a community horse mare and stallion (can be bred to other horses) + 7 ARPG points to a EQH of your choice
This prize can be exchanged for 300CS$

3rd Place

My species Starlens is long overdue for a re-line. This does not have to be done on oekaki ! And can be in other styles like pixel and such!

I am asking for a lot of lines and I will go into that below. But I want you to know it's hefty!

I want to attempt to have this finish by the end of next month, but currently there is no exact date, as I mostly just want something I'm happy with!

examples of species I like the styles of;
* Please note, these are only to help better gauge what I like, do not heavily reference or steal from the species themselves!

buttermilk cows, I like the smooth-ness of the lineart, and the dark outer lines but softer inner lines

dino kittens, the clean, cute style of these, as well as the dynamic poses

Anemoi the more dynamic/fluid poses here, as well as the nice, life-like eyes!

If you want to show me examples of your work before you enter, so you can save time on everything, I'll lyk if I like your style or not for Starlens! Just please don't take it personal !

Other likes: well done glosses/shines (eyes, nose, wherever necessary), life-like eyes, clean and opaque lines; so when colored they stay nice and dark, more dynamic poses; to keep the species from looking "stiff"

Moving on to requirements
Starlens have a lot of lines already, I want to keep a lot of them but I'm cutting out whatever I can to lessen the amount! To start, adolescent/kit lines are not required, I won't be needing them. same goes for the background and reference features, I prefer these to have a blank/transparent background

Line edits that are required;
ears
- Either the rabbit ears OR the bunny ears, it's too repetitive to have both unless you want to!
- cat ears
- I don't like the design of the small ears so these are not required, but if you make them work it can be extra :)
- medium ears
- long ears

- we don't need both cat tails but I do like both, feel free to do only one though!

I'm looking for a profile picture of Widget, an NPC in the Eevee Terrarium ARPG.
As Widget is a Pokémon, even if she is a fusion, I cannot offer any sort of prize.
I can however offer a permanent spot in the credits channel of the Eevee Terrarium Discord, even if Widget's profile picture changes in the future.

Valeris!

A Valeris is a strange cat-fox like animal with flowers that seem to grow from its fur, when scientists attempted to pull these flowers they found they grew out of the animal. Valeris are known for being pretty fluffy and about the size of your average house cat. These animals have become a global phenomenon, appearing all around the world.

Welcome to my line my species comp <3

First lets start off with what I want!

Valeris should have small-ish ears and flowers on their body (!!!!! A must!!), their tails come in many sizes and theyre well known for their variation!

Hi there! I’m am looking to start a species called Peryton, (like marumi, COTN, fables etc.) please know that by entering this, you are giving me and other Peryton artists permission to reproduce these lines but as you can see on the cover, I can’t draw to save my life (it took me like 20 minutes to sketch the Peryton…) anyways, the important stuff!

Christmas Window Competition - closed

This year I’m surprising my Mom with Christmas themed drawings on our windows in a few days.
However, we’ve got weird windows. It’s a very pretty diamond pattern that is wonderful, but not
so much for when it comes to decorating. So I figured that while I was making a mock up of my
windows to figure out how to go about the design, why not let some other people weigh in their
ideas? So! Here we are. End date/rules/prizes below!

Prizes
I of course can’t send the winner off with nothing so
there will be three winners that all will be picking from
the same group. First place gets to pick first and take five
pets. Second place then gets to pick four and then third
also gets to select four but will be going last.

Requirements / recommendations
- your design can only use white, no other colors
- you may change the color of the window pane / wood panels
if that makes it easier for you, just make sure to keep the diamond
shapes visible
- of course must be Christmas / winter themed and CS appropriate
-can be any level of complicated/simple and can utilize or ignore
the diamonds

- I would prefer to have snowflakes in the design but it is not
necessary. Other themes could be beach or nativity themes.
Animals are welcome as well; my mom is especially fond of
flamingos and Snoopy

ABOUT

South Island Fjords is a recently discovered breed of horse. They are a cross of Fjords with Quarter Horses, Paints, and Appaloosas to get the wide range of colors. They have been refined with selective breeding to keep the stocky Fjord build and the unique two toned manes while displaying gorgeous color combinations that the public have come to love. Today they're commonly used as trail horses and parade ponies but can be used for almost any discipline except for jumping and racing. There is a large portion who have been released into the wild on their own private island, so you may have either wild or domestic fjords. [more coming]

- Do not steal this artwork and post as your own creation or as a real fjord.
- I'm looking for quality over quantity, I really appreciate well done bases and markings.
- Please put all entries under a cover.

- I'm looking for creative and pretty to look at designs.
- You may color the lineart and change the opacity of the shading/highlighting if you wish.
- This will probably be ongoing, there is no set end date & i'll let you know if I would like you to be an artist

- I prefer you have knowledge of horse genetics, but if you are a beginner, I can help you out, not a problem.

After an over 1 year hiatus, we've decided to bring back our closed species - boo dragons.
We started these way back in 2021. They where first brought back in 2022, then refurbished in 2023.
After life got busy, we took a step back from managing them. However, we've been missing them a lot!
For this version, we have decided to make a contest for the brand new lines. When you color this in,
you will see the old lines. This should act as a guide for features and anatomy! Small features like the eyes
and foot shape can be changed but these features are a must

- Head and muzzle shape
- Thick muscular body
- Tusks extending to below the chin
- Nose shape
- Large paws with 4 toes

These features are also required, but would be preferred if they are removable!
- thick long tail
- large round ears, resembling a red panda

Please also follow these rules!

- All CS rules apply
- Your entry must be finished by the end date to be count
- Tracing and stealing are prohibited (obviously)
- This is not a "color in" contest - your entry must be 100% your own craetion
- The features listed above must be included to qualify
- Please be patient and kind
- Your entry must be on Oekaki, under this cover

Boosters - would absolutely LOVE if these where added but it's not required

- Nursery/baby lines ( feel free to dm for guidelines! )
- Background/scenery, boo dragons live in the mountains of East Asia and primarily eat bamboo and fruits.
They thrive in snowy forests with many tall trees, bamboo forests, and rocky terrains.
- Separated layers ( tail lines/color, ear lines/color, eye color, etc) this would be SO helpful!!
- Cover or title in clean lettering

I really want to do a semi-realistic species (second try at running a closed species! 🤞), but I'm terrible at lines and anotomy, so instead I'll just hold a contest for someone more talented to help! ^^

This rough sketch was made from AstroCat's Dog Editable! I have received permission from them to use it in this contest!

What I'm wanting
- Clean lined version of the adult base sketch! (note that there are two different poses! You only need to line 1 of them, whichever one you prefer! ^^)
- Edits! I've included tons of edits I'd love, you don't have to do them all, but the more the better!
- Reference section with palette (10+ slots), 2+ paws, and eyes!

Boosters
- A clean lined version of the puppy base sketch would be great, especially if you can do edits for it too!
- Background, totally optional but greatly appreciated!
- Shading/lighting is neat but not required!
- Edits for other breeds, like a version with corgi legs, greyhound traits, etc.
- Color fill layers, I can do it myself, but having it done already helps 😅

What I don't want
- Male/female parts
- Completely new lines unless you're confident that you can make them well! ^^
- Extremely cartoony or hyper realistic. I'd like these dogs to seem real, but still cute and rounded with big eyes 😊
