The Time Has Come

Oh, yes, it is finally here. After a lot of trouble I've found your winners. Now, before I announce them I'm going to make you read a little speech. This contest was nearly impossible to judge. After so many brilliant entries, I had the toughest time deciding. Therefore, the Runner-Up sections has been opened a bit more to encompass the entries that I couldn't part with, but didn't have a place for. Now, one more little change; there were so many designs I liked, I have a running list of the ones I would like to keep. If yours is on here and you don't want it, you don't need to contact me or anything. If you wanted to keep the design, though, please PM me so we can work something out. If your design is not on the list, but you do not wish to keep it, please let me know. I'll gladly take it anyway! <3

So without further ado, I present to you, your winners...



1st- ~ShadowRunner~
Why? This decision was hardest for me, mainly because this entry is nothing like what I requested and suggested in my details. But there is a bigger reason to her winning. It is because in this character, I feel she actually captured me instead of what I wanted. In all honesty, this girl matches my personality and such to a fine point; the vibrant colors, the happy nature, the scarf--I'm a diehard scarf collector-- all worked together to create my essence. So I couldn't refuse this first place.

2nd- SpontaneousPanda
Why? All her entires were phenomenal, and deciding between them was actually the hardest part. But since each person can only win one place, I chose this entry for a second. It fits exactly what I was hoping for.

3rd- The Royal Mirage
Why? The whole design is unique and different, that and its beautifully tailored lines and tribal design all leave me loving her. And yes, I am definitely interested in having a Ref Sheet of her [[ and maybe the others? PM me and we can talk. ;) ]]

Runners Up- The first of these three will get the full Royal Lion set, the others get two of the four Royal Lions.
saikiyo
Why? I absolutely adore this design, but to be honest I think she'll end up like Raft; she won't be able to have a lot of art, and art she does get will be very expensive. Still, she's definitely worth having around with my characters, and will be buddies with Raft and Jungo. p:
Maroon
Why? The mix of lolita, steampunk, and plain old creepy goth all fit nicely. It's a great design, especially for the coming of Halloween.
Mystiec
Why? I'm in love with the entire deep-sea feel of her. She makes me think of the mysteries that lie at the bottom of the sea.

So, you found my contest, eh? Well, I welcome new faces! I suppose you're here for prizes, and I wouldn't blame you. The basics are exactly this; I'm Pharaoh, and my favorite OC, Sealand, needs a love interest. At this point, they're not mates, but in love. I would like for her to be a girl, but other than that, the creativity is wholly up to you. Oh, and as a side note, if you can draw a realistic-looking heart in the sand by their paws, you get bonus points in the "Extras" category. More notes may be added as I think of them. :P

There is no limit to entires, but you will only win one title prize and one set of pets for entering. Also, for your convenience, there is a "Color Here" layer to color in his crush. As another note, I will be using all designs that place, including Runner Up. If I like your design but all other places are taken, I may pay you for the design anyway if you're alright with that. I will not tell you who is currently winning as I have not fully evaluated yet, but I can give you suggestions or pointers if you ask.

Please leave my background in tact. You may redraw them, but please leave the background the same. I'd hate to disqualify someone for not using my background. However, I do give you permission to edit Sealand's lines, make him look better, etc. If his design changes at all, though, I will not be pleased.

5 pts; Color- The use and balance of colors working together.
5 pts; Design- The way each color is used to create the actual design.
1+ pts; Extra- If you use line edits, come up with a backstory, or anything else, it will be evaluated here. There is no limit to the amount of points you earn here.
10 pts; Full Look- The overall appearance, and how all elements of the design work together.
5 pts; Fits- If the style doesn't clash with Sealand, but doesn't look too much like him.
10 pts; Appeal- I love the design and find it fits me as well as what I've asked for.

Well, I'm open for just about anything. Only a few things I really "care" about, and even then, if you don't follow these your design can still win if I love it. After all, you'll probably come up with more than I do.

1) Try to make her look different from him. Something that makes you go, "wait, they like each other?" Dark colors, earth tones, etc. I don't want her to match.
2) Let it be bold. Sealand is very simple, so I'd prefer his crush to be a bit more of a complex design. Wings, feathers, jewelry, etc.
3) Don't fear line edits! I'm looking for design, not as much on quality, and I'm a sucker for Black Bat-style Steampunk Wings.
4) I like Steampunk, Tribal, Punk, and sometimes a little Emo too. Darker colors will balance Sealand better in my opinion. Something hard-core metal, black, very overall dark and punkish.
5) I'm not a major fan of bright colors, unless they work with the design. Just go with what looks best to you, I suppose!
6) I cannot stress enough the dark. As much as I love rainbows, that doesn't fit what I have in mind for her. <3

I'm writing a fanfiction about Pokemon. But i can't draw really good, and especially humanoids aren't my favourit drawing topic...
So I thought, maybe someone of you could draw "Third" for me. Third is something Mewtwo-like, he is another clone project of tem Rocket, but with more of human DNA.
Here is the part I would like to have. as a picture:

He went to his room and looked at it critical. The bed and the floor seemed to be clean, but the white wallpaper was pretty worn out, great pieces were rip off on some places and the blank wood could be seen. On the right side of the door was a commode, on wich a thin blue vase with some red flowers and a ornately decorated, oval mirror stood. Infront of the wall on the other side of the room, stood the bed, directly under a great, cleaned window with heavy, blue courtains. On the foot of the bed stood a small table with a even smaller chair.
He closed the door behind him and his companions (Nidorino, Riolu, Absol, Scyther) and locked it, then he closed the coutains, no one should see him. He took off his coat and looked at himself in the mirror. What he saw, hurt him and made him angry. He hasn't got the chance to know what it is like, to live a normal live. They hade taken away that chance, without thinking about it!
On his head were two bulge, one left, one right, almost like pokemon ears, he hasn't gut human ears, just two little holes. His neck was very thin in contrast to that of a human and his whole body seemed to be reather meager. His fingers hasn't got any fingernails, luckily he had at least the same number of fingers like humans. Though his feet were much different from those of a human. They looked more like paws, he ran, as many pokemon do, on his tiptoe and his ball of the foot was more up the leg, so it seemed as his leg had another kink. And then there was that tail. For that he hated his creators the most. That useless, glossy tail, wich starts there, where the body of the humans ends with the coccyx [oO is that right?]. He looked furiously on the happy, little flowers. His eyes glowed red and the flowers were crushed and ripped. The vase was shaking and got a flaw, before the reged red of his eyes faded away and he averted his glance from the mirror, the vase and the destroyed flowers, to went to the bed.

Wow... that was hard work to translate it... I hope, you all understand what I meant with it. (I'm happy with all help I can get^^)

Er ging auf sein Zimmer und betrachtete es kritisch. Das Bett schien frisch gemacht zu sein, der Fußboden war ebenfalls sauber, aber die weißen Tapeten an den Wänden waren teils ziemlich zerschlissen, an einigen stellen waren große Stücken heruntergerissen worden und blankes Holz war zu sehen. Rechts von der Tür stand eine Kommode, auf welcher eine dünne blaue Vase mit ein paar roten Blumen, sowie ein schmuckvoller, ovaler Spiegel standen. An der Wand, der Tür gegenüber stand das Bett, direkt unter einem großen, sauberen Fenster mit schweren, blauen Gardinen, am Fußende des Bettes stand ein kleiner Tisch mit einem noch kleineren Stuhl davor.
Er schloss die Tür hinter sich und seinen Begleitern (Nidorino, Riolu, Absol, Sichlor) und schloss sie ab, dann zog er die Gardinen vor das Fenster, niemand sollte ihn sehen. Er legte den Mantel ab und betrachtete sich im Spiegel. Was er sah, schmerzte ihm und machte ihn wütend. Er hatte nie die Chance zu erfahren, wie es ist, ein normales Leben zu führen. Sie haben ihm diese Chance genommen, ohne darüber nachzudenken!
An seinem Kopf waren zwei Hügel, links und rechts, fast wie Ohren, menschliche Ohren besaß er übrigens nicht, nur zwei kleine Löcher. Sein Hals war sehr dünn, im gegensatz zu dem eines Menschen und sein gesamter Körper wirkte recht mager. Seinen Fingern fehlten die Fingernägel, glücklicherweise hatte er zumindest die gleiche Anzahl an Fingern, wie Menschen. Jedoch unterschieden sein Füße sich stark von denen eines Menschen, sie waren eher Pfoten, er lief, wie viele Pokemon eher auf den Zehenspitzen, der Ballen befand sich weiter oben, wodurch es schien, als hätten seine Beine einen zusätzlichen Knick. Und dann war da noch der Schwanz. Dafür hasste er seine Schöpfer und alles, was zu ihnen gehörte am meisten. Dieser nutzlose, glatte Schwanz, welcher dort anfing, wo bei Menschen das Steißbein den Körper abschloss. Zornig blickte er auf die fröhlichen kleinen Blümchen. Seine Augen leuchteten rot und die Blumen wurde unter einer Psychokinese zerquetscht und zerrissen. Die Vase zitterte und bekam einen Sprung, bevor das Zornrot seiner Augen verblasste und er seinen Blick vom Spiegel, der Vase und den Überresten der Blumen abwendete um sich dem Bett zu nähern.
