Create me a new Character / Possible Fursona? *Closed*

Hi there! I have never held a competition here before, and normally would come up with my own design, but my mind has gone blank on ideas for a new character. So in order to resolve this situation, I have resorted here to find some kind people who would be willing to help me out!
Things that I would love to be included on my character, but are not required: * Some cool space stuff. (Referring to stars, comets, moons, etc. Just not planets. c:) * Floral stuff. (I especially love roses. Roses are my birth flower.) * Some shades of blue, green, and purple. (These are my three favorite colors listed in order. But you can use any colors you'd like to; be creative!) * Female related things. (I would like my character to be a female, please!) * Swirls, vines, and things similar to the sort. (I honestly just think these look so cool!) * Mythology. (Maybe something that's Greek, Roman, or Egyptian themed? That would be awesome!) * Surprise me? (I always enjoy being surprised.) Things that I do not want on my character: * Skulls. (Sorry, but these just creep me out!) * Scars. (I don't want her to look like she just finished a battle.) * Blood. (Ew... just no.) * Spiders. (I apologize for this. It's just that I have a huge phobia of these creatures!) The Prizes Yes, I have decided to include some prizes for my winners. These will go for the first place winner and next three runner ups. I'm sorry if they aren't the best options, but I did try! You will get a better chance of winning with this many places, so don't give up. I'm not picky at all, and I certainly don't bite! for those of u who don't know what "cutting" is i feel i should give a definition, as cutting does sound a bit... yeah. But it's not XD! Cutting is when a rider seperates(or "cuts") a cow from a herd and the goal is to keep the cow away from the group for as long as posible. the cow usulay does whatever it can to rejoin the herd. The Objective: you may have notcied that i have provided a color-in horse and rider for you. but something is missing. the cow! color in the horse(one of ur Bayside horses) and rider and draw in a cow for them to cut. u may edit the horse & rider however u want to. make sure that the cow is a cattle type and not a dairy cow  Prizes: 1st: 600 pts(may add a CS pet) 2nd: 300 pts 3rd: 200 pts Rules: - only BES boarders and members may enter - only use horses that u boad at Bayside(unless u r a member) - have fun! Grand Prize  Will be made into a Female Wolf/dog [Mutt] character [Name undecided] The over-all design of her is breathtaking. This is a great example of how far simplicity can get you. Personality flows from the character just by glancing at her. The light coloration will add variety to my already-existing characters [Most of which are dark], and I feel as though she will be easy enough to re-create and draw, while maintaining the gorgeous image that she displays in this entry. The design is perfect the way it is, although the spiked bracelet may end up being replaced with something more summer-like. A lot of effort was put into the character [Two hours if the timer does not lie] which I really appreciate(: I anticipate learning to use my tablet just so I can draw this gorgeous being. Thank you, very much, for entering in the competition. I will send a trade including the prizes right before posting on the entries' thread. First Place  The character will be made into a Male Pixi [Name undecided] I had a very hard time choosing between the first three entries. This one placed first because it is the theme that I had been aiming for in the beginning of the competition. Not only that, the character is perhaps the easiest out of the entries to create a story about [Generously, ToxicLama had already started one that I think I will stick with] and to paint. As I am becoming more and more interested in psychology, this is a character I can diagnose with quite a few as his life goes on [I'm considering perhaps MPD, or Anti-Social. Perhaps Cotard Delusion, if I decide to roleplay or write about him]. It's one of the much more creative entries, and obviously a lot of thought and effort was put into his design and background. I thank you for entering, and I will send the prizes after I post on the entries thread c: Second Place  The character will be made into a Male Husky Puppy [Name Undecided] Matching both the steampunk and the husky theme, this one was an obvious choice. I've seen many similar patterns on other people's characters throughout my time, but none replicate this one. The lovely line-art is a splendid bonus as well, only making the design that much more desirable<3 Not to mention, this will allow me to switch writing and drawing only macabre ;w; Thank you for entering, and I will send the prizes after posting on the entries thread. Third Place  The character will be made into a male Fennec Fox [Name undecided] The character is flawless. Everything flows together perfectly. I especially love the feathers on him; I was really hoping I'd see a few entries with that <3 The reason it placed third rather than first or second is because the design is a bit common; you see quite a few red/white/and black canine characters out there with similar patterns. However, it only took a glance at the character to know it would place in the top four. The line edits are perfect c: I can assure this character will be used quite often, and I thank you very much for entering <3 I'll send the prizes after I post on the entry's thread. First Runner Up  The character will be made into a [Gender Undecided] wolf [Name Undecided] Rasta<3 A perfect design. I really wish I had more than four slots so this could place as more than a runner-up D: Rasta-Patterns aren't that common, as far as I know anyways, which makes this character that much more enjoyable. Though the wolf is simplistic, I know I will enjoy practicing my digital art with it and turning it into an important character within my projects. I thank you for entering, and I'll send the prize after you choose c: Second Runner Up  Contemplating on what the species should be. [A type of dog. Perhaps a Fox, but I'll figure it our later] Gender and name are undecided. This one was one of the more uncommon designed entries, and although I don't like tri-tails as much as most people, it added to it's creative flow [I believe it was the only tri-tail entry?]. The character looks like one that I could easily work on pastels with, and I look forward to future use of the character. Thank you for entering, and after the first runner up picks a prize, I will send over the pet of your choice. Third Runner Up  The character will be made into a male feline [Species undecided] [Name undecided] The third runner up was one of the positions I had the hardest time picking out. This character eventually won, due to it's prince-like appearance [At least in my opinion. He looks like a dark prince to me.]. I think I will focus more on traditional art with this character, though writing about him should come easy <3 Thank you for entering, and I will send over the prize after the first two runner ups have selected theirs. [I feel like I'm sloppy with writing... A bit brain-dead right now ^^"] Please Read [All contestants] -The seven entries that places may not keep their design, nor may they use it in any way. -Prizes will not be changed or swapped if you ended up with something you did not like. As sorry as I am about this rule, it wouldn't be fair to other contestants if I changed a prize to suit your just needs and not everyone's. -If you did not place, you may keep the design. I had a lot of very good entries, and it was quite difficult slimming it down to just seven. Hello I'm Seeking someone to Make Me A Horse Fursona
I'm seeking 2 horse fursonas one that looks realistic and one that looks like fantacy. My favorite linert to use is http://www.chickensmoothie.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?t=337634 made by Neara. You can use your own however. In my next three posts I will post pictures of examples of what kind of manes and tails I like and what body positions, along with examples of fantacy and realistic horses that I like including their coloring. In my fourth post I will show the group with my payment and say how long the contest will last. I want to also make this clear to everyone. I have no desire of stealing other people's artwork I merely am showing them as examples of what I like. My last fursona contest didn't go so well so now I'm making it a little bit clearer. Since I want a fantacy and realistic fursona there will be two first place winners, two second and two third place winners. I reserve the right to cancel this competition without a winner. The winning horses will be used as my next role play characters so I'll be looking for ones that best fit what I'm wanting for my characters. |

Examples Of Mane, Tail, and Bodytypes I Like.  I love the mane and tail because it looks so fluffy. It is made by Neara a great artist. I love this bodytype by Rah because the horse looks like it is moving. I also like this lineart because it is also a horse in motion. I really love this because a horse rearing is simply awesome. I also love the flowing mane and tail. The detailing is awesome. I don't really like the rest of the body but I do love that once more the legs make it look like it is in motion. The mane and tail aren't the best but I love the body. The body, mane, and tail are gorgeous. Everything about this lineart is something I love. This is simply stunning. Not only is the body stunning but the mane and tail are just dazzling. I love the body but I also love how the mane and tail seem to wrap around it. I love the tail and body but the mane just kinda kills it. The whole horse is beautiful.If you haven't been able to tell by the picture I love fluffy looking mane and tails. I also like the horse to look like it is moving.The next you will see what colors I love for fantacy horses. I also can not stress enough that I do not want people to think I'm stealing other people's artwork. I'm not I'm merely showing you all what I like. I do not want anyone copying someone's art work that I post. If I see anything like this I WILL REPORT IT. |

Examples of Fantacy Horse Coloring and Designs I Like:  I love coloring and the details. Just look at those beautiful designs in her coat. So regal and graceful. Don't you just love how it looks like a phantom? This is a horse I made years ago. I no longer have the program. Who doesn't love a good Princess Luna picture? This horse is simply amazing. The artwork is greatly detailed.

Realistic Horse Coloring Examples:  The coloring is very colorful. The color is amazing. Nothing can go wrong with a good dapple grey. Look at the detail of this little cutie. Very pretty. Omg I love this coloring. Palominos are dazzling. I love palominos. XD You show me a sorrel and I'll show you a palomino that can beat it. I love this horse. Dapples are a thing of beauty. Sorrels with golden manes are a favorite of mine aswell.

DESIGN ME A FURSONA! WITH A TWIST! I've been seraching for ages for a good fursona design, I've held a contest, tried doing it myself, but I can't find anything I really like or stick with long-term. I've researched all sorts of animals, but wolves are the ones that suit me best. So, after thinking it over, I've come up with a sort of contest that will ensure I find the perfect 'sona. So, here it is: Stage 1. Enteries come in, like a normal contest. I pick three which go on to round two. Four may be picked, no more. Stage 2. Any edits that are going to be made/requested are made. I pick two designs to go to the final round. Stage 3. I pick a winner! 1. Tess's rules. 2. I reserve the right to change prizes without warning. I most likely won't, but still. 3. No sob stories or complaining about not winning. 4. No being rude to winners ex: "You only won because you bribed her. Your art is terrible" 5. No being rude to anybody. 6. Heyo! This is my first competition so be patient with me! So this one is make Aura a sister. Aura is one of my favorite charries and I want to make more, but that's a different contest.
