Not really any theme with these guys, I just followed my hand with them, the first one was suppose to be based on a Doberman, but they ended up not really looking like one...

i think i somehow managed to tick quite a few things off of your likes list (big eyes emoji)

also, i don't know how to pull off wind. i think i did, who knows, not me

Drop a coat suggestion below to be potentially used for following generations! I may choose them randomly or by choosing who will add the most variety to the litters. You'll be allowed to keep your suggestion's art, as well as one kitten from the litter of your choice (the others will be used for the challenge)

Litters from here out will be 1-4, parents on the top row, determined randomly. If I roll 1 kitten for your suggestion's litter, I will keep the kitten to keep the challenge going.

Just quick code guide here:

First number - generation
Middle letter - designated gender at birth
Second number - # in their litter of their DGAB
Third number - litter # (gen 2+)

The idea of this is to see how many generations I can do.

Oh wow this is really interesting to be honest I never even thought about adding genetics to my challenge! How do you decide the traits or are they randomly generated?

Did you use a punnett square at all?

I chose the gen 0 parents and then chose or rolled randomly for the traits that they would inherit. For variability, I had the parents carry some recessive genes for diversity. These kitties are all genetically related!

From there I'll be doing predictions using my own genetic knowledge for the following generations.

edit; also yes, Punnett squares are very useful but for most patterns I've memorized how they pass so it wasn't necessary!
