The design was based off of the blue Mystic Force Power Ranger and a bit of harlequin makeup, I feel like the two mixed together would make an interesting combination, though I am not really wanting it to look exactly like a Power Ranger with Harlequin makeup on or something XD I made sure there were extra colors specifically so that if you think something would look better on the design then what I have there that you could use those instead, I trust you a lot more than I trust me XD again thank you so much for the chance and once again my boyfriend and I both are extremely sorry that we posted last minute like this. We both completely understand it will take a long time to get these done and if you choose not to do either of ours we will not be upset.

Non-rarity traits: [Accessories] Up to you - some silks and gold jewelry of sorts or something rather royal but not overboard but at he same time not too lacking, I like when accessories cover up a decent amount of the body. no piercings or earrings, I'm not into that.
Standard traits: feather headwings, heterochromia (either in pink to red hues or purple and gold), expression edit - Relaxed/Nonchalant eyes
Tier 1 traits: hair - Fluffy and big, tail edit (either long tail or custom - surprise me) , claws
Tier 2 traits: glowing details, metallic blood

You take a tiger and a panther, mix them up, and you get this guy. My two favorite big cats into one!

This dude's design is still subject to change cause honestly I could do better. But this was the general image I had in my head when designing him. I'll probably make an alternate design later to try and see if I can spiffy him up better. But right now I'm sleepy.
